Service from start to finish was excellent DFS Aberdeen. Ashley gave us time to look around and didn’t rush us into making a decision. Once we had decided on a sofa, everything was explained clearly about the order etc. Ashley was very friendly and very approachable, answering any questions we had.

Staff were very welcoming. Very helpful sales assistant who was very thorough and covered everything we needed to know about our purchase of a new sofa. Could not fault the service we received.

Really happy with my experience at DFS Aberdeen . The staff that helped us were really friendly and helpful and made the whole process easy. They gave me plenty of time to look around and helped me find the right sofa without any pressure. Overall, a really good experience and I’d definitely recommend DFS!

A really good assistant
A really good assistant, she took us right round the store showing us all relevant sofas including the sale room at the side so we really felt we had seen everything , she explained all the different features which helped us decide, we thought she was the best girl we could have had and we would recommend the experience to anyone.
