Excellent service. Welcomed into store and helped with our purchase. Staff member was warm and friendly and answered all our questions. She made the process very quick and easy to understand.

Liked the company as I previously had checked it out. Efficient Assistant who explained sale clearly and no pressure to buy. Pleasant and helpful staff especially the male assistant I dealt with. Look forward to receiving suite eventually.

I was shopping for a new sofa , chair recliner was unsure what would be best for me as an older person, the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and polite they took time to show me a lot of options then left us to make up our minds I eventually purchased two leather recliners and a foot stool in a denim blue will be lovely with my new carpet would recommend dfs staff above and beyond service 5 out of 5
