The young man Blake at the Banbury…
The young man Blake at the Banbury store was the most welcoming when entering the store. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when showing me round the sofas, allowing me time to ask questions, show me different materials and allow me the time to make the right decision for me.

The staff at DFS banbury were very accommodating. Emma (I believe is her name) the store manager was amazing. Answered all our questions and gave points of view. Extremely helpful. Not thrilled about the wait for delivery but thats due to loving what we ordered and now impatient.

Good friendly staff
