Amazing service
Thank you to all the staff who helped us today. The service you offered was great. We didn't feel pressured or rushed and staff were on hand to answer questions and took the time to go through all options with us. Staff even took the time to engage with our (slightly feral) child and kept him happy throughout the process. Thank you to Iran especially for your help in finalising all the figures and order. Excited for our new sofa to arrive ❤️

We had a great experience with Jimmy at DFS Birmingham. We visited DFS as a friend of ours bought from DFS and we loved the sofa. Jimmy was patient and explained the difference between the models. We went back another day to finally buy the sofa and the staff was gracious to stay another 20 min post closure time to wrap things up. The other staff at DFS Birmingham were quite friendly as well.

Had a really lovely experience. We were welcomed at the door which we didnt get in other places, but were given time to explore on our own and consider our options. We had a good level of engagement with the staff especially Jimmy. We were given alternative options on sofas which would be best for our home. Jimmy was very informative, clear and professional.

We had a great experience thanks to Jimmy. He provided excellent customer service from start to finish, giving us honest advice without any pressure. He was incredibly patient with us, even though we spent a long time in the showroom and never made us feel rushed.
Jimmy took the time to show us around, explain the different fabric options and went through the care and maintenance instructions. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach made choosing our furniture so much easier. We really appreciated all of his help and would highly recommend asking for Jimmy if you’re visiting.
