Warm welcome from Sam in the Cardiff store almost as soon as we arrived which was lovely. We had seen what we wanted online and Sam helped us find and then purchase this model in store. Everything from purchas through to delivery was explained clearly. Overall our experience today in the Cardiff store was excellent!

very helpful and pleasant young lady, Rose, made us welcome and seemed to have knowledge of all products, was not pushy at all. If the rest of our experience with DFS is as good we will be very pleased.

Had a really good experience with Zeena she was very friendly and provided exceptional customer service and are happy with our purchase. I had a bit of a funny turn, feeling faint whilst in the store and Zeena was amazing. She is a credit to your company.

I've always bought my sofa from DFS I've always had good experience with friendly sales staff! , and the store is always well presented, was a gutted that store in Cardiff was temporarily closed and I had to travel further to next nearest one, however it didn't stop me from purchasing another sofa and coffee table. , best shop for buying sofas going in my opinion and quick at delivering.

When at the Leckwith store yesterday, the sales assistant, Zeena, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. Zeena is an asset to your company and if all sales assistance were as friendly and helpful as her, there would be more positive shopping experiences all around.

Came in looking for a new sofa with a few ideas we had already seen. Allison assisted us with our choices until we decided on the right one.

The lady who sold us our furniture was lovely, very friendly, and make us feel at ease, explained everything throughly. And made our experience pleasurable.

Great selection of furniture so we were able to find exactly what we wanted. Happily left to wander the showroom ( I hate pushy sales people) until we found what we wanted and then helped by the lovely Rose to finalise our purchase.
