Friendly and welcoming staff, lots and lots of sofas on display. Kush was lovely. Explained everything very clearly, no hard sell. I knew exactly what I wanted and he was very helpful. Would be lovely if DFS had a small supply of side tables that you could buy there and then, but I realise storing them could be an issue. We only buy sofas every few years so it’s not an everyday thing but it was a very easy and straightforward transaction. Thank you Kush 😊

Excellent customer service from Matin
I had a really great experience at DFS Croydon. I spoke with Matin, who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He took the time to understand what I was looking for for my home, explained the different options clearly, and gave me genuinely useful advice without making me feel pressured at all.

Kush was a great salesman. Really professional. He was knowledgeable, competent and has a zero pressure energy about him. I also noticed how he always had an eye open to what was going on around him. Be aware of extras!!
Lots of choice, good prices, learnt a lot about sofas. However slightly miss informed about extra pricing on all the extras. The prices were never mentioned for all the extras.
Didn’t see final statement until after we left shop as they said it would be emailed to me. Which it was, but then I saw all the extra pricing. Don’t mind paying but would have been good to know.
Note to self, ask to see the final bill before leaving shop!!
