Excellent customer service from Matin
I had a really great experience at DFS Croydon. I spoke with Matin, who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He took the time to understand what I was looking for for my home, explained the different options clearly, and gave me genuinely useful advice without making me feel pressured at all.
His knowledge, patience and excellent customer service made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable. It’s always refreshing to deal with someone who actually listens and wants to help you make the right choice.

Kush was a great salesman
Kush was a great salesman. Really professional. He was knowledgeable, competent and has a zero pressure energy about him. I also noticed how he always had an eye open to what was going on around him. At one point moving an obstacle for a wheelchair user at the same time as dealing with us. Class act

Be aware of extras!!
Lots of choice, good prices, learnt a lot about sofas. However slightly miss informed about extra pricing on all the extras. The prices were never mentioned for all the extras.
Didn’t see final statement until after we left shop as they said it would be emailed to me. Which it was, but then I saw all the extra pricing. Don’t mind paying but would have been good to know.
Note to self, ask to see the final bill before leaving shop!!

I was very happy with the service…
I was very happy with the service provided by the agent, excellent customer service, gave a variety of choice in two things we was after sofa and bed, was very patient as I had to help translate to mum the information, it was pressure free, very helpful and had lots of consideration in terms of what we was looking for. Even offered something to drink which was very handy and friendly, felt our needs was listened to and met. Thank you very much for today. Will definitely recommend the agent that served us and in the future if I go back I’ll be looking for him to help us again, 😃

Really impressed
We were really impressed on our recent visit to DFS Purley Way. The store was very well presented and had a large amount of stock. We were especially impressed with Maha the staff member that helped us. She was friendly, helpful and had great product knowledge.
