The showroom is very clean and has a lovely choice of sofa's, it also has a good layout. Staff are very knowledgable and helpful on sofa styles and fabrics. Staff were also very helpful whilst discussing finance options and took time to help me with my most suitable option. Staff also discussed delivery and made me aware that the delivery date is an estimation only. Everything I required was covered to organise my purchase today. Many many thanks Dave & April.

So welcoming

On entering the store the welcome was friendly with an offer of help without being overpowering. The sales person offered assistance immediately after advising of our requirements and showed 2 options for our needs. No recommendation was given but allowed us to make a decision based on trying each product. Once selected the process to purchase was explained I simple terminal we understood exactly what our options were. The purchase was concluded after being advised of all the extras available to us. The transaction was done efficiently, professionally but in a relaxed manner.

Good quality furniture and no pushy sales people. We were left to look around as long as we wanted and when we were ready to buy, the sales lady was brilliant. Would recommend.

I was surprised by what a lovely selection of furniture & a variety of colour options, too choose from & excellent service from April, who was very friendly & explained everything, we had a most enjoyable experience.
