Poor customer service.
My partner and I were served by Michelle. Throughout the whole process, she came across as very patronizing and condescending, and we felt as though she was talking down to us. Towards the end, when she asked about our jobs, the way she acted changed and she began to speak to us normally and feel as though we were spoken to initially like that due to looking young. Very poor customer service and I can honestly say I've never been spoken to like this.
I did email the store manager who dealt with my complaint and reassured me it would be looked into.

The assistant who helped us with our purchase went out of her way to find what we wanted and to ensure that we had the correct product. We were purchasing a leather cleaning kit for our expensive settee so purchasing the right product was essential.
