Very helpful in finding the right sofa combination for our lounge

I had Billy helping me today. He was absolutely amazing. Such a lovely young man new his stuff was very helpful and I’m so happy I had him serving me today.

The sales rep Billy was excellent lots of choice We wanted a color rather than Grey or beige and we had several choices, so a good range

Sylvia was so helpful. We spent a long time going over different options and not once did she make us feel like we were being annoying. We sorted out our finance there and then so we didn’t have to return and she gave us a call later to see if we had made a decision. There was no hard sell and she was very friendly and professional.

From the moment we stepped foot into DFS Farnborough we were greeted by a friendly staff member who got us a sales person when we mentioned we want to purchase a sofa.

Billy (salesman) was very friendly, professional, not pushy and very knowledgeable. He made the process very pleasant and is a credit to the store.

When Billy handed over to the store manager (with long hair) he was also friendly and professional.

We look forward to receiving our new Sofa.

We visited DFS earlier on in the week and luckily for us it was Ben who approached us to ask if he could help, he answered all our questions and we went away to think about it feeling no pressure (which we had experienced elsewhere). Today we went back with all the information Ben had provided and decided to buy the two sofas we had looked at. The whole process was seamless from start to finish, Ben took the time to give us further advice on how to keep our sofas looking their best which we were grateful for. Every member of staff that we came into contact with today also provided five star service, the team at Farnborough are a real credit to DFS, you should be very proud. We have already recommended Ben and the team to friends and family. Thank you!
