He was friendly, personable and wasn't pushy.
He allowed is time to consider things and was in hand as and when we needed him.
He showed us all the options we had based on out budget and likes.
He was very knowledgeable about DFS and sofas which was great.

Great customer service from the young man who sold us the footstool great ideas from him as purchased two sofas from DFS 4 years ago but didn’t have that particular brand anymore great idea from him brought up the colour and stool enlarged for us to see.
