Great place and staff where fab too

Stuart was friendly and engaging but not intrusive left is to look around but was on hand to answer any questions we had.

The shopping experience was great from start to finish. Bronwyn came to us quickly after we rented and was extremely helpful. When it came to purchasing our dog and chair she was very informative and professional.

Great customer service in store

Very nice sales team and pleasant to deal with. Jamie who I dealt with was professional and very knowledgable.

My partner and I were buying our first sofa. Jamie was extremely helpful and let us know about the 4 year payment plans and helped us decide on the best couch for us.
He was very knowledgeable about the products and made sure we understand everything. Absolute asset to the team.

I had a great experience at DFS thanks to one of the staff members. He was very friendly, patient, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, gave helpful advice without being pushy, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

His customer service was excellent, and you can tell he really cares about helping customers find the right choice. I would definitely recommend DFS.

The 3 2 and 1 were delivered to our house in a white van. The installation team if you could call them that stated that the job was complete, how hard is it to deliver a sofa? The sofa didn’t feel right , the backrest was rocking on all 3 , went to the store the next day, it will be about 3 weeks before we can come to your home, ok we won’t sit on it. visit arranged for following week, visit from a DFS member of staff , looks like the installation wasn’t carried out correctly. They have broken a part of the sofa and subsequently not disclosed this to us. They disclosed that they sub contract installations to external sources without your consent, they have broken a part in the suite and subsequently not tried to install the other 2 sofas, complaint lodged, dfs - we fixed the problem, us , we don’t want a sofa that required a repair- them - it’s fixed what’s your issue- we don’t want a sofa that required a repair, dfs - you have consent for the repair, us, no we didn’t, the guy came in looked at the suite and then carried out a repair without our consent, Credit company contacted-yes you are right, no repair should have been carried out. 3 months later after investigation the credit company stated that we should have stopped the repair and then we would have the right to a new sofa
DFS standards haven’t fallen they have plummeted, I would warn against buying anything from them

All staff we dealt with were polite, friendly and knowledgeable

James was fantastic dealing with my elderly parents, he was helpful and knowledgeable. They have very specific needs. It’s not always easy to get information about which products are suitable for old people.

Called into DFS fantastic showroom met Nicky who was excellent and great knowledge,and helped us through everything.We bought a 3 and 2 piece sofa with extras.It was overall a great experience.
