Nikki was the staff member we dealt with she was very approachable and made us feel comfortable when we spoke about what we were looking for she was very helpful and explained everything to us very knowledgeable about her work

Hazel was amazing, very friendly and very helpful and kind. Helped me get over finish line. Madison was also very helpful the day before.

Stuart the sales Rep was brilliant, would recommend him to everyone, welcomed us in told us to take our time look around offered tea or coffee nothing was to much trouble.

The lady , that dealt with me ordering my sofa was amazing, talk me through everything, definitely recommend.

Had a great chat with Scott our advisor and he was able to point us in the right direction for choosing our new corner couch, chair and due to Scott’s kindness and warm welcome he also helped us pick 3 beds for our kids rooms! We were well looked after, helped out and not pushed into sales like you usually would get! All in all great quick, friendly experience to get what we needed! I had a fantastic experience at DFS. The gentleman who helped me was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. Although I can’t remember his name, his product knowledge was excellent, and he explained everything clearly, helping me choose the right sofa without any pressure. The customer service was outstanding, and the whole experience was enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service—I would definitely recommend DFS to anyone looking for quality furniture

The first thing was how friendly the staff are. Didn't rush over, let me wander and in a lovely manner approached me to offer any assistance. I was in the store for well over an hour. There were just so Many suites I could have chosen. Eventually I decided (no rush from staff). Scott was the assistant couldn't have met a nicer person. I felt as though we were friends.So easy to be with.him. He was very professional. Very informative. He was a credit to company as I am sure all the staff were. At the Glasgow DFS branch today, Hazel greeted us at the door and was so friendly and helpful, without being pushy. She was calm, knowledgeable about the stock, and patient with us while we made up our minds. Very professional. A good range of furniture for us to choose from.

The salesman was fantastic, very friendly and not in the slightest way pushy (which is great).

I had a good experience at the store today. The young man Rayan was very good at his job. He showed me around and gave time to decide.

The buying process and the quality of the sofa and mattress were really good. Unfortunately the delivery men damaged a ceramic finial on my bed and they didn't deliver a leather care kit.
It is now 6th July. I still haven't a care kit or a replacement/compensation for the finial. So I am not satisfied. The customer service woman took three weeks and didn't reply. I was passed to the delivery company BDD. They have promised compensation to buy new finials. Not received this.
