This was my first time buying a sofa, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but the whole experience with DFS was so easy and straightforward. New sofa shopping......
We were met by Ryan at the front of the shop, and it all went extremely well from there! He gave us all the information we needed on the sofa we picked. He also told us all about the guarantee and protection we would have with the purchase. All in all we had a lovely experience. I hope the delivery and timescale we were given is true to form. I would definitely recommend DFS to any of my friends. Well Done.....
