The salesperson at Inverness branch ( think her name was…
The salesperson ( think her name was Fee) was very pleasant and helpful. I think she said she had only been there for a short time. However she was very approachable and nice to talk with. Her colleague who joined us to finalise the sale was also very professional.Altogether a good experience and I look forward to receiving my furniture order.

I had a young girl who I think was called 'Fee' apologies if I have spelt your name wrong. She was so lovely, helpful and had so much time to answer questions and help me with my first purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to accommodate me. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, taking the time to help learn about caring for my sofa, explained the delivery process and dates etc.

5 Star service and a happy little boy

I would like to say though GEMMA is an absolute GEM 💎 .... her customer care service was 2nd to none , apologised for issues not relating to her personally, she wants to give the best after care . Rairly heard of in this day and age .
