We had a fantastic experience at DFS, and a huge part of that was thanks to Shona.

From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient. She took the time to explain everything about the sofa, answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed, and made the whole buying process so easy to understand.

What really stood out was how genuine she was. We ended up chatting about our cats, our lives, and hers too, which made the experience feel so personal rather than just another sale. She was funny, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right sofa.

Shona is a real credit to DFS. Excellent customer service from start to finish, and we’d happily recommend anyone to ask for her if they’re visiting the store. Thank you, Shona!

We came in store today looking for the perfect sofa, shona was our customer assistant and made our experience a lot easier explaining things, looking at different designs, colours and prices. Made our experience feel more at ease and in the end we walked away happy and satisfied customers.

The staff was good and patient. He took his time to explain things in details for us and ready to answer any question asked.

We ordered a sofa from DFS. Although the waiting time is quite long, the salesperson was very helpful and made it much easier for us to choose the right sofa.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Elle who dealt with my order. I really enjoyed the experience.

Her name sadly, really helped me get our modular sofa right in our living room and even did a mock up. Elle was also really helpful and lovely going through the process.

went today to browse for a new sofa, customer service was so good we purchased one. Daniel who worked with us was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. went through all our options ,looked after us with no hassle or obligation to buy. Makes an excellent coffee too. looking forward to recieving the goods and hope the quality is as good as the instore service.

Great service, lovely staff

Customer service is excellent. Josh was very helpful and had some good advice. Good selection of chairs and sofas in store. Previous experience has shown that DFS sofas are good quality and last many years.

The member of staff was excellent when she came out of the office to ask if she could help us with anything, she was very knowledgeable and explained things very clearly, the other member of staff who came over to verify our order was lovely and knowledgeable to.

There were 2 things I was not keen on was that we had to stand outside the office to get there attention, ( I know you don’t do hard sells which is great) but it felt awkward and maybe other people may have just left .
The other thing was having to wait a bit of time to get it verified , I know why you do it but it does make you feel like something is wrong and you feel a bit judged.
