We enjoyed our experience in DFS today
Staff did not jump on you as soon as you entered the shop bu Wet let you wander to your heart's content. We eventually found a fabric sofa we wanted
Then found Mike a salesman who in our opinion is a credit to DFSLincoln a very professional and knowledgeable young man who explained everything to us. We placed the order two sofa's and a foot stool. We paid a small deposit and took the advantage of 4yeats interest free payments
Top marks to DGS Lincoln we would recommend this shop to anyone

The sales man, Daniel was easy to talk to, no pressure selling like you get in some other stores, and he was informative without making me switch off. Great hot chocolate too.

We were looked after by Mike, not pushy at all and he knew his stuff. Nothing was an issue for him, we came into store ready to order a sofa we had previously decided on, it took us ages to decide as we kept flipping between two designs. Well done Mike, a credit to the store.

The staff were very polite and helpful

We recently bought two sofas and dealt with Mike, who was really helpful throughout. We weren’t too happy with the delivery charge initially, especially as we were already spending quite a lot, but Mike went the extra mile and included some cushions and a care kit for us, which we really appreciated.

Great service from Mike and a really positive experience overall. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience. Start to finish. Was well informed and talked about options and colours. The young chap that served us was great and went through everything in detail. Was very patient even when we changed part of the order at the last minute.

Very happy with the product we chose and the quality looked good. The information provided and showroom experience from both Big Josh and Sham was excellent.

Elle was fantastic! She really made the whole experience. Not only did we chat about sofas but also she got to know us and understand what we need and what would match best with our home and lifestyle!

Recently bought new furniture from the DFS Store in Lincoln, we already knew exactly what we wanted, having visited the store earlier in the year. On both occasions the service was exceptional, in the first instance we were guided by Chami and on the second occasion by (little) Josh. They both made the whole process seamless, being very knowledgable and extremely competent. Thanks to both of you.
