Llandudno dfs.
Was taken around a few different styles and materials, didn’t feel pressured, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Martin the salesman in the
Llandudno store who served me was very good, listened to my needs as a disabled customer, he took his time & explained everything to me in detail so i could make a decision & with no pressure.
I left the store went for a coffee had a think about my choice, and i returned to the store & made my purchase.

Staff were brilliant. Couldn’t do enough for you. Arranged to have gliders fitted to sofa so easier to move around on carpets

The sales rep was extremely helpful and was keen to please , checking what our requirements were. He was friendly and approachable and nothing seemed to much trouble.

Marcus was the person who helped us buy our sofa and foot stool yesterday. He was very nice and professional

Staff member at the DFS Llandudno store told us that the sofa we wanted had never and would never be in a sale as the company who made them would not allow it .
However on a return visit we spoke with the acting store manager and he informed us that the sofa had previously been on sale and was due to be on sale again . We waited for the sale and subsequently bought the three and two seater sofas. After our purchase we commented on how much we looked forward to getting the sofa's as they were so comfortable , however , we were then informed that the display sofa had been sat on hundreds of times and it would take at least 6 months before our sofa would be as comfortable . In hindsight we should have taken more notice of this as the sofa has caused hip discomfort , back ache and knees pain . We bought the sofas as they are stunning to look at and we can't deny they seem to be well made, however the seat and back cushions are very hard . We are in our 4 month and hoping that the cushions become softer , we realise we have no choice .

I would like to clarify that I was and I am aware of your sales policy but I appreciate you went into detail in your reply for people reading my review. However it was not the sale process I was querying but the fact I was lied too.

I also appreciate your information regarding :

Natural softening of the interior occurs most commonly 1-12 weeks after delivery however foam interiors are the firmest ones we do offer as they require the less maintenance.

Perhaps this information should be given to the customer in a written format or be placed on the sofa with a correction of a possible longer softening of up to 6 months as described to me by a staff member after the purchase was made .

Amazing service ! Went in today to pick a mattress and ended leaving with a sofa as well !

The sales assistant that dealt with us was so helpful from the minute we walked in. He spent time with us and really listened to every need. He was so patient and went above and beyond to help order a cushion that was missing off the sofa we purchased ! Emailed the factory while we were sat with him to source this for me.

Also left an item behind in shop,
I didn’t realise, he then rang me to let me know! Then another lovely gentleman hand delivered to me !
