The sales man (Brian) was helpful
The sales man (Brian) was helpful, informative and didn't push the hard sell. He demonstrated the bed settee, sorted the order on line for us and then sent it via a link so that we could check our measurements before we ordered it. Very helpful and patient. Thank you !

New sofa
I was approached by a member of staff after browsing a sofa i had already seen before, his name was Marcus and was very informative, helpful, polite, answering my questions and offering an alternative foot stool to match my chosen sofa, i had a very pleasant shopping experience.

I don’t believe you can buy a sofa…
I don’t believe you can buy a sofa online without trying it. The reason for the trip (over an hour away) was to try the sofa to see its comfort, size and potential durability. The shop assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly. He let us take our 2 dogs into the store so we weren’t anxious about them being in the car. It mDe a significant difference to the amount of time we were able to spend in store. We are hoping that the purchase of the Flaxon 3 seater recliner, which was on offer will serve our purposes. Just need to organise the delivery now.
