We liked how he was on hand to respond to any questions but wasn’t pushy. He gave us space and time to make our decision. I’d had been in a few weeks previously to be bombarded by a Spanish lady who even asked to call my partner whilst at work so she could put the sofa on hold . I didn’t like that at all she came across very desperate

Excellent service from Rehan
Rehan (unsure of spelling so apologies if its wrong ) was very welcoming and friendly as soon as we entered the store , he was very helpful and informative and made our sofa search pleasant ! Regularly offered us a hot drink and made everything straight forward and smooth , he was very patient, especially with our 2 year old that came along with us, who kept chatting to him. We never felt rushed or pressured which is very important to us as he gave us time to make our decision but he also helped to show us other options that we were interested in before we made our mind up on the san mateo set . We left feeling very happy with the service we received and excited to have our new sofa soon. Big thanks to Rehan , 10/10 ! would highly recommend.
