DFS Furniture - New Malden Reviews 

From a member of staff opening the door for us to ordering furniture we found we found the staff very friendly. Samir, who attended us was very informative & not at all pushy. We did visit another branch & the assistant that sent the quote got it wrong. We went back to Samir to place our order.

I would highly recommend Muhammad Waseem. He was absolutely fantastic from start to finish — professional, reliable, polite, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

Muhammad went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and to a very high standard. His communication was excellent, he was always responsive, and he genuinely cared about delivering the best possible service.

It’s not often you come across someone who is this professional and dedicated. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and would have no hesitation in recommending Muhammad Waseem to anyone.

Excellent customer service

We had a disappointing start to our visit, as we did not feel welcomed or receive much assistance from the first member of staff we approached.

Thankfully, a lovely young lady then stepped in and completely changed our experience. She was friendly, professional and very helpful, taking the time to understand what we wanted and helping us choose the perfect sofa.

Her excellent customer service made a real difference. She is a credit to DFS and deserves recognition. Thank you for turning our experience around.

Great experience at DFS. We had the most outstanding service by Samir who helped us with the choices we were making. We went to a few different companies and came back to purchase the sofa from DFS mostly because of Samir’s service.

The manager[ in the sale items dept who dealt with us, .new malden] was brilliant ,he was extreamley helpful ,measured & explained everything , explained the cover we took out , was a fantastic experience ,we had a laugh with him ,so friendly .
