I went to the store on bank holiday Monday and spoke with Tina (manager) who was really helpful, gave all the measurements for the sofa before purchasing etc, went back Tuesday to order and was served by Anthony who was also extremely helpful and ensured sale went smoothly explaining all the care plan in detail

Customer service was excellent

The customer service lady that took care of us was absolutely amazing, we knew what we wanted and she took very good care of us, also offering a hot drink while we placed our order

The store manager and Anthony were very helpful in terms of providing us with guidance around payment plans and the care packages which we would receive as part of the purchase.

Very helpful and knowlegeable staff member who explained everything very clearly.

Absolutely disgusted with not only the Northampton store but the. CEO level of complaints the sofa is crap after 14 months warranty not worth the paper it’s written on the company they use to inspect the sofa are part of DFS and everything is down to wear and tear I have had to not only complain to the CEO at DFS but also complain to Creation tried the section 75 stood by my guns and Creations have payed for new inserts even though DFS say no problem with sofa but if it happens again we will look into it that’s from the CEOs office .Also the delivery has came dumped on my door and left for my disabled wife to carry even though there is a sticker on the door stating please allow extra time to answer and now I have to fit the inserts myself so all in all I’ve payed £3200 for a sofa that’s uncomfortable poor quality and DFS are proud of it unbelievable SO PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DFS TO ANYONE

We ordered the ADA sofa in store with Tina today. She was very informative and efficient with helping us. Can't wait for our sofa to be delivered now. Very happy customers. Thank you Tina!

Went to the Northampton dfs . We bought 2x 4 seater Dolcie sofas .. the member of staff was very knowledgeable, very polite and very helpful finding us the best deal. He gave us space to look around and wasn’t pushy at all .. we appreciated that … everything was explained in Detail .. we bought the 5 year extra cover , and wasn’t pushing into buying this .. the cover is well worth it and he explained every virtuality if we needed to claim .. honestly , we would definitely go back to DFS.. it was the best service

Pleasant experience. Spoke to Reece who was excellent ,very helpful and knowledgeable. When I went back to place the order Reece was on holiday so I placed the order with Elisha who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . It was a very pleasant experience.
