A welcome in store a great choice and advice and a great delivery/set up

The staff welcomed us as soon as we went through the door . Felt very at ease walking round and having a look at various sofas ,they where always around if we needed any advise .The gentleman that looked after us with the sale was very professional and knowledgeable answered anything we wanted to know . We couldn’t have asked for anyone nicer to deal with and look forward to receiving my new sofas.
It was a lovely experience can’t thank the gentleman enough for our day at DFS .

Very good , explained well

The assistant in-store was really pleasant and helpful. Our only criticism was the amount of time spent trying to sell us extra insurance and cleaning products. We asked him at the outset to skip these but he said that he was not allowed to. Perhaps this policy should be reviewed. It was unsatisfactory for both him and us to have to go through this seemingly interminable process when both parties knew from the outset that we were completely uninterested.

Me and my family with two daughters met Denis and he guided very well. He is very friendly and well patient.

Great service from lee made it so easy to complete our purchase

Lee was very helpful and gave us space and time to look around before we settled on the perfect sofa.

He was not pushy and explained everything clearly with detail

I spoke with Lee, he was friendly, approachable and personable. He was a dog person like me so we chatted and it just felt relaxed. I did not feel pressured into anything and it was also great that we could do the order but confirm next day when we had measured everything correctly. He explained everything really well.

We visited the site twice before purchasing and each time there was no sales pressure, just a lovely team happy to help. When we did purchase, a lovely gentleman named Dennis helped us with everything and was so down to earth. Definitely recommend.

Greeted on entry with a smile and "hello, feel free to look around, let me, or another member of staff know if you need any help" Knowledgable, helpful and friendly staff. We loved that we were left alone to browse & sit on sofas for as long as we needed, totally opposite of the shop next door. Great customer services when I needed to change delivery date.

Purchased a 2 seater sofa, excellent service from the sales guy, product looks brilliant and is eagerly awaited.

The staff where very friendly and helpful and more importantly didn't Go for the hard sell, which was refreshing.

We received the recliner but the plugs in the central console do not work. I tried phoning the number on your website but it is not recognised! Your robot answering service was unhelpful and when I asked to speak to a human I was expected wait an hour before anyone would be available.
Very poor customer service!
