Bought 2/2 seater leather sofas
Bought 2/2 seater leather sofas, staff in store for the sale were brilliant, however the after sales is diabolical! We have a problem with the leather being’ contaminated’ Dfs is word not ours, we took out insurance ( not worth the paper it’s written on) only to be told from insurer that because it’s only 16 months old it’s up to the manufacturer to put right, we have had to go through consumer rights to try to get it sorted, still waiting for outcome! From entrance into the store the staff were certious and informative, guided us to the various products without any pressure at all.
