Bought 2/2 seater leather sofas
Bought 2/2 seater leather sofas, staff in store for the sale were brilliant, however the after sales is diabolical! We have a problem with the leather being’ contaminated’ Dfs is word not ours, we took out insurance ( not worth the paper it’s written on) only to be told from insurer that because it’s only 16 months old it’s up to the manufacturer to put right, we have had to go through consumer rights to try to get it sorted, still waiting for outcome! I went to the store but not one person approached me to ask if I needed advice , they were all sat chatting on the sofas so I found the setter I wanted and went home and ordered it easily online
