Our experience today was simply amazing. The sales advisor was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly.

I bought an expensive couch for £700…
I bought an expensive couch for £700 and I don’t think the couch is good for that price as one is higher than the other and not equal height and also it is very hard and not comfortable to sit on.

Bought 2/2 seater leather sofas
Bought 2/2 seater leather sofas, staff in store for the sale were brilliant, however the after sales is diabolical! We have a problem with the leather being’ contaminated’ Dfs is word not ours, we took out insurance ( not worth the paper it’s written on) only to be told from insurer that because it’s only 16 months old it’s up to the manufacturer to put right, we have had to go through consumer rights to try to get it sorted, still waiting for outcome!
