She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I understood all the options available before making my decision.

There was a very good range of sofas on display in the showroom, and the salesman (Khan) was very helpful and knowledgeable about both products we were interested in. He took us through the order/delivery process, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly and answered any questions we had. He certainly made the process very easy and was a pleasure to deal with - DFS are luck to have such an excellent salesman.

We recently purchased a sofa from DFS and had such a great experience thanks to Faisal Khan. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the whole process.
We actually arrived quite late, close to closing time, but Faisal never made us feel rushed. Instead, he went above and beyond by staying with us and ensuring we were completely happy with our choice before finishing for the day.
It’s rare to come across such genuine and attentive customer service, and it really made a difference to our experience. A big thank you to Faisal for making what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and enjoyable!

I visited the DFS store in Romford, Gallows Corner Retail Park to buy my first sofa and Veronica was the person that helped me. She was very friendly and explained everything in great detail. I would recommend anybody to find her in the store if they are ever going there. Great experience!
