No hassle from the sales people. No following around the store. We were offered coffee . The use of display screens (huge) to show the suite in the colour we were looking for. Excellent service from Joseph , he was very thorough in explaining everything too

The sofa and chair I have bought looks and feels top quality, the staff was very welcoming and friendly and easy to get on with. The agent I dealt with Temi was very professional and well presented, Temi listened to what I was after and wanted and was very helpful to what I required. Top marks to Temi

lady at shop out standing helen her name as for your buying on line found it most hard try to buy 3&2seater and foot stall found so hard to navigat did in the end but neary gav up nice people to talk to but your on line so hard to buy from

Came to dfs today to look and buy a settee. The man who served us was very polite never pushed anything on us and was very friendly and informative.
