Great sofa buying experience with Ahmed
Really great sofa buying experience at the Slough branch. Ahmed was a first class sales person and was really attentive, understood our needs and helped us select the perfect sofa for our living room. We came into the shop three times in total and every time he was top notch, never pushy, extremely knowledgeable and patient! He put us at ease with a significant purchase helping us to navigate all of the options.
Thanks Ahmed and we look forward to receiving our sofa in a few weeks.

I had such a wonderful experience at your Slough store that I ended up spending nearly £1,500—and enjoyed every minute of it!
I visited the store several times to try different sofas and was fortunate to be helped by Marlon. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. It is always reassuring to find someone you can trust—someone who listens carefully, gives honest advice and genuinely wants you to get the best value for your money.
Choosing between different sofas, colours and configurations can easily become confusing, but Marlon made the whole process simple and enjoyable. I am delighted with my purchase and would happily recommend him to anyone visiting the Slough store.

Really knowledgeable staff, thanks to Allen we were able to find the proper configuration for the sofa we purchased finally. We looked at quite a few options from various other known brands as well but DFS finally had the arrangement we were looking for. This is our second purchase from DFS and the experience was really good. If anything we would have liked a shorter delivery lead time but we were made aware of the lead times and DFS were offering the quicker delivery between the ones were were considering and not to mention had the best price and customer service on offer.

Excellent service
We visited the Slough store twice, we wanted to ask a few questions and spoke to Alan, a very friendly and helpful member of staff. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
The next day we went back and purchased our sofa and chairs, again Alan served us and explained everything we needed to know.
