Great products. Amazing staff

I was asked if I required help of which I excepted and I was looked after professionally and without pressure by Adam.

At first we went into the showroom looking to purchase a sofa and did find it a little hard to find what we were looking for on display. It was a little hard to work out what options were available for each type of sofa - eg if it came in a sofa bed or corner sofa options etc. However- Joe came to help us and we can not praise him enough- he was so patient, answered all our questions, listened to what we wanted and showed us different styles that matched what we were looking for. As if this was not enough- he went that extra mile to make us feel completely comfortable with our purchase. He held up samples and interchanged the display cushions to illustrate my colour scheme. Measured out our room in relation to the sofa so we could decide what size to buy. He did such a good job we actually decided to buy 2 sofas! One for the living room and another for our children’s playroom!!

Great experience very professional

We recently visited DFS and were assisted by Kerry, and we couldn't be more impressed! After looking around several similar stores, we decided to go with DFS. Kerry was friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable about the products, different styles, and fabrics, and also more than happy to answer any questions we had. Kerry had excellent customer service skills and never once made us feel pressured into a sale, which is what we have experienced at other stores.
