Quick, easy process without any hard selling which makes it much more appreciated. The sales rep was lovely, friendly and communicated clearly all information and also repeated everything to check my elderly father had heard and understood. Checked in regularly if we had any questions too.

From the moment we walked in the door of the Stockton-on-Tees branch we got approached by one of the sales staff called Dale absolutely brilliant from start to finish no hassle what so ever showed us were things were then left us to go look for our self then when we were ready we went to see him to sort everything out for us so professional

Awful company if there is something wrong with your sofa

Ours is less than six months old and one of the cushions is faulty and delves in . Had the repair team our saying there nothing wrong with it . Changed them around and made it look nice so he could take a picture then told me there nothing he can do . Wouldn’t even sit on it after he made it look nice for the picture .

The company is doing exceptionally well in every ramification and will definitely love to come in again if the need arise.
