The level of service was great, helpful information given step by step, 💯 % clear , took their time to explain

Good choice of styles and finishes , and reasonable prices for reclining armchair - the purpose of my visit . Also reasonable delivery charge proportionate to one armchair being delivered. Nice and helpful customer services assistant .

Very relaxed no being chased by sales personnel, they were there when you needed them

We decided to go looking for a sofa today. By far DFS Swindon namely Pina. Greeted us in a very friendly manner, she explained what was what and if we needed any help she was there to help. She was very engaging and not pushy.
Her interactions with the customers was a pleasure to watch. Pina was what a salesperson should look like.
She interacted and gave us a few ideas. Left us to choose.
Once chosen Pina explained the Guard cover and the points to consider the guarantees . Giving us choice. There was no hard sell. Her manner was second to none. Her product knowledge was first class.After completing paperwork Pina explained what was going to happen next, and if we had any queries to contact them.
I must say this purchase was made much better because of Pina and there was another guy whose name we didn't know. The atmosphere in the store was really good vibes.
We would definitely recommend. Pina and her " friend" are definitely an excellent asset to DFS company. 5 *.Thank you .

Upon arrival to the store myself and my daughter were greeted by a lovely lady whom smiled and said hello, and then allowed myself to use the bathroom.
My daughter and I had a look around and the sales woman was there to assist answering our questions and gave us a choice of options.
I can’t praise her enough she was there to help and wasn’t overbearing or pushy like some sales staff can be .
Very professional,polite and friendly a real asset to your company.

Pina was really helpful: she gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She explained things about the sofa fabric that I didn’t know about and needed to know and she patiently sorted the paperwork out with a payment amount I was comfortable with. I never felt that I was being pressurised into anything I didn’t need or want. I’m now looking forward to sitting on my new sofa!

She was incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel pressured. She made choosing and ordering my sofa so easy and enjoyable, and nothing was too much trouble for her.

We were able to explore the store without being bombarded and did not feel pressured once. The manager Paul was very helpful and I am terrible with names but the lady who helped us complete the sale was incrediable! We looked at the Dylan armchair and matching 3 seater sofa however, whilst completing the paperwork I was suddenly really uncomfortable on the 3 seater sofa sitting how I would be in my house due to the set up. She was very helpful and helped me find a perfect sofa alternative that would still suit the Dylan armchair beautifully. The entire staff in the showroom were kind and very understanding when my crazy 2 year old starting either running round trying sofas (shoes off) or crying a lot due to being back in the pushchair. Paul came to see her when she could hear how upset she was and helped to settle her for a couple of minutes whilst deciding what to do. The showroom had plenty of options and was very clean and presentable. I loved how you are supporting children in need too.

Great friendly staff and very helpful

A relaxed and friendly environment with very helpful staff there when you need them. They were attentive but not at all pushy sales people. Our whole browsing through to buying experience was ten out of ten and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Swindon DFS.

Our family went into Dfs at Swindon today. We were welcomed by the staff cordially. We went around the shop on both floors in our own time. After choosing the sofa we liked we received a full explanation of offers, discounts with other furniture, care info for the sofa itself, finance, waranty and delivery information in great detail by Pina, who was very professional. We are happy with our purchase and look forward for delivery and installation.

Absolutely excellent service well done dfs

Jason was very personable and helpful having acknowledged us on arrival. Despite a group wide IT failure he presented the product on a big screen which was very helpful and we completed a manual order which was later updated to a digital one.

Very friendly and approachable staff. We didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable at any point. Would definitely recommend!!
