We had a fantastic experience at DFS Taunton. And all thanks to our brilliant salesman Kyle. He took the time and patience to go through all of our options and with his help we've created a fantastic new sofa suite for our lounge. Completely different to what we thought. But he helped us bring the images and configuration alive with no stress just professional advise and care. We would highly reccomend DFS in Taunton.

Great salesman …
Kyle in the Taunton branch could not have given us better service and with his patience and advice no doubt clinched the sale.
It’s refreshing to meet a sales person who knows his product well.
It is a pity the accessories aren’t for sale as we would have bought a table lamp as well as the sofas.

Great customer service
Great customer service, Lawrence was really helpful he is spoke through everything and allowed us time to consider, provided a tape measure so we could check measurements, some times sales people make you uncomfortable and feel really pressured and then I won’t buy anything Lawrence gave us all the info and let us make up our own minds which always makes me more inclined to make a purchase. Friendly, approachable and helpful.

Friendly helpful staff
Friendly helpful staff, wide range of sofas to look at. Lawrence helped us when we picked out the sofa we wanted. Asked us if we needed any help while browsing too. Very professional, explained all the bits about the product and answered all our questions. Was clean and well laid out esp as i have mobility aids to get around.
