DGSolutions were brilliant from initial contact with salesman Peter, to measuring by Ali who listened to my requirements and gave such useful advice, to the very efficient surveyor who double checked everything. The lovely fitters, Spencer and Aaron were meticulous in their work keeping damage to plaster etc to a minimum. I would be happy to recommend DGSolutions.

I was expecting my windows to be fitted and at o9.20 on the day, I received a phone call at that time, to tell me that the windows were not going to be fitted that day, but possible date one week later. Eventually a date for 4 days later was agreed. The windows themselves are excellent and the two guys that fitted them were very good. After another phone call I was told that they are liable to tell me of any delay up to 8 weeks later.

Was an absolute pleasure dealing with DG solutions Exeter branch when getting the windows and doors replaced in my house. Very thorough from start to finish. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the market to upgrade their windows and doors to use this company

Couldn’t have had better service! Was unsure how to go about getting my windows done, and Jack came out to do measurements and give us a quote. Not once did I feel this was just great customer service to get a sale, but a brilliant amount of experience and product knowledge, and made sure I got the right spec for what I required. Ricardo was also very easy to deal with, and I’ve made a point of recommending to my friends. Excellent service.

I couldn’t ask for a better company to fit my windows! I enquired about getting my windows done and their sales rep named Jack came out to do all the measurements and put together a price for me which I was more than pleased with. In terms of the installation I couldn’t fault their work one bit. I wouldn’t choose anyone else but DG Solutions if I was to ever get new windows fitted again. Top sales rep and company!

Things started well with the initial sales visit – very helpful and informative. However, the wrong door was ordered as the size couldn’t possibly fit (at least they realised this before delivery), they overcommitted and outright lied on various occasions about various things throughout the whole process. The actual windows look like a good product (not manufactured by them) but spoilt by very poor workmanship, around both the windows and door (we were promised on at least 2 occasions that everything would be perfect, as it was before they started), which did not live up to what was clearly promised. To add to that, the installers did not clean up properly after themselves at all. Having been promised that we should not pay anything until we were sure that we were satisfied, we were called for payment literally within a minute or two of the installers leaving (and, even though there was still work to be done!), and they would not listen to what we had to say about that (we stupidly paid). On top of that we were continuously hassled by ongoing sales pitches for further products/work and they would not take no for an answer. There was a pattern of poor communication within the company, with information from previous discussions not being passed on properly, only the very basics if at all. I am not in the habit of writing bad reviews, but I've made an exception here. Avoid at all costs!

Agonising 3 months of promising,distress and frustration to rectified my door and window sill that been damged by thier engr.,I've take my holiday because they promise the date that they supposed to rectified but no one showing up or not even a courtesy call that to advise me.I have to chase them instead them chasing me when my next appointment what i get is just a false promising im fade up with it.We believed we were paying team of professionals to do better job but sadly were not,there's still so many issues after they done fitting my windows and door.Door not flash fit to the frame drought or wind drawing inside i have lots of condensation all over my house i have to do somthing to stop the drought temporarily i've put tape everyday around with it and also they left the end sill without putting the trim cover look awful to be honest.Some of my neighbours and 3 of my good mates asking me who fit my windows i can't really recommend this company after those issue not even resolved yet,i just give them a piece of advise to find decent and more professinal windows installer not this company.

My windows were installed by Billy and Harry, both were polite guys, hard working and tidied up after themselves. I can't fault them. Thanks guys.

Paul and Neil were at my place between the 26th and 28th of January 2022 and they did a fabulous job fitting 14 windows with precision and attention to detail. They were friendly, polite and engaging. I am very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend DG SOLUTIONS to friends.

Found this company outstanding. Had all new windows and doors, Ian & Ryan fitted my windows and most of the doors & they were a pleasure to have in the house, very polite, chatty and professional with a extremely high standard of finish. John and Dave fitted my new front door who were also very polite & lovely. Malcolm also was amazing as I changed my mind last minute of door handle so he attend to fit for me and nothing was too much trouble & even put up my new door bell. excellent communication with Ben and very easy to talk to, he arranged the new handle no problem at all. All in all this company comes highly recommended. Thankyou all for such a smooth running & excellent job 😊

Mike, Dan and Ben were polite, helpful and hard working. Adam in the office was efficient. Would have been 5 stars but were 'messy' with clearing up and scratched floor as no dust sheets laid down

My experience with this company has been excellent .
From the very helpful Lady in Head Office to the fitters.
JAY and MIKE have been very hard working, explaining things to me as they went along and a pleasure to have in my home.
They take pride in their work and have filled 11 windows and a Patio door for me.
They clean up each room when then finish and sweep the back and front garden.
I had one window made with Acoustic Glass as I live on a very busy road and they really were very diligent to do it properly.
This company is good value also.

Very happy customer, I had my windows fitted by Mike and Jay they were very professional and worked very well together. My new windows look brilliant, the lads cleaned up after them and left everything very tidy. A credit to the company.

Fantastic job done in 4 hours with 3 of the guys on the case. 2 front windows upstairs and down plus a shower room window and an outstanding new glass back door, AND even fitted a new cat door into the glass. They got on with the job,no messing or stressing. Just a great job done by Mick Jay and Steve and Ben booked it. Am now warm and toastie. One very happy customer. Highly recommend them!

Had door and frame fitted by DG solutions. Rob and Ricky did an excellent job and I was surprised how quickly the fitting went. They left no mess and demonstrated the locking mechanism. The door was minus a knocker but DG remedied that in a few days. All in all a very positive experience
