DG Solutions 

Called at my home this morning, despite clear notices that this is a no cold call zone and a clear notice on our home requesting no cold callers. It was really not a good time. Do they really think that people who ignore requests will get business? I would never use a company that disregards simple requests.

There are rubbish
Had guttering put up last year and there said the job is done
I went to have a loot and there is sealant all over the place, square pipes going into round pipes, the ends not cap just left open, been to them each time there have not come out to fix it and never will because there got the money. The old boss got fired and the new one will not do anything.
Stay away from them there warranty and after care will not do anything now I have damaged to the house because water is getting in

very pleased with job done. my fitters ron and luke worked hard , and did not stop until job was finished. they cleared up and took away all the old windows and frames and left place tidy. i did my best to keep them going with drinks and biscuits on what was quite a hot day . excellent job done .

The day started bright and early with a knock on the door. They (Lee and Gavin) were soon off to a quick start, lining the floors with sheets to save our floors. We had to leave them to visit our daughter, promising to return before their proposed finishing time of 4:00. We received a call at 2;00 from Exeter to say they had finished!
On returning home the house was locked up, clean and looked amazing. The standard of workmanship and attention to detail is first class. The quality of the windows is excellent and are exactly what we asked for and what was promised.

We were very happy with DG Solutions and the hard work gone into installing the 3 quality windows at the front of the house. Our fitter John in Exeter was excellent throughout the day and we very pleased. Definitely recommend DG Solutions if you're in need of new windows.

Absolutely terrible company. Supplied damaged glass and faulty frames. 23 panes to be fitted and 29 damaged panes supplied. 9 frames to be fitted, 4 damaged ones supplied. Now 20 months in to what was supposed to be a 3 day job, and still not finished. Arrange for afternoon fitting, they turn up at 9am, complain we're out and cancel the job! Requests for compensation have been completely ignored. They respond to the emails but deliberately leave out any mention of compensation and refuse to acknowledge that I have made that request. I have contacted them over 90 times in the last 2 years. They've contacted me 20 times. Constantly say they'll call, then don't. Promise to send me mails, then don't. I still have lock plates missing as the fitter failed to install half the locking mechanisms on the frame, and one window won't close properly. Contacted DG about those specific problems 4 times. No response. Now looking at taking legal action. Avoid this company! Seriously, use absolutely any company but this.

We used DG Solutions for our window last year,and we are very happy with the quality of their products ,today we had our doors and window fitted by Adam in exeter,We are very pleased with his work,He was very friendly,and well experienced fitter.highly recommend.

I ordered a front door from DG Solutions and it all went smoothly. The quality of the product is great and Adam, the fitter was courteous, quick and did a great job. All in all I'm very happy.

Had a cold call from dg solutions whilst cleaning my windows,was a little worried as we had not heard about them as a company.Andy and Neil turned up on the Monday morning as arranged and fitted all 11windows and 2doors,including a bay window in 3days, as they were extremely busy.They were both courteous,clean ,tidy and professionable,and we are extremely pleased with our installation.Gill and Mike Greenaway.

DG Solutions had called several times and were always very respectful of our situation. We finally agreed to have a quote and were pleased with the cost quoted for 17 windows and a door. The wait time was about 4 weeks. The fitters, Gavin and Lee arrived on time were hard working and polite, keeping us informed of how the job was progressing. It took three days for the windows to be installed and we are very impressed with the result. The attention to detail and the finish of the windows is excellent. It's too early to comment on the efficacy of the windows but the product is only as good as the fitters and ours were excellent.

Having used DG a few years back for new windows and doors, and impressed with the products and service, we decided to get a quote for new windows on a new porch. They have a competitive quote and we went with it. After every appointment keep time the windows were fitted expertly. The plaster even commented that they were the straightest window fitting he had ever seen.

Really impressed with my experience with DG Solutions. The work was completed from the first meeting to the fitting of the whole house with Windows & a door all in around 6 weeks which is fantastic. They showed up on time and got to work. I was told it could take 4 days, was impressed on day one there were 4 installers, by day 2 they had completed all works! Very clean and tidy when completing the job and very pleased with the result. I must say how impressed we were with Lewis, Billy and the other 2 installers (sorry forgot to ask names). Very knowledgeable, hardworking, polite, always keeping you updated, glad to answer any questions (and I had loads). My house looks amazing and the warmth is tremendous. Obviously too early to say anything about the longevity of the windows but with guarantee you have peace of mind. I could not praise the workers enough and would recommend them to all friends and relatives. Thank you, keep up the good work :)

I used to dread those cold callers at my door, but I overheard a young man explaining the process to my neighbour and it spiked an interest in me as my windows were playing havoc on my mind what with the winter on its way, so the young gentleman came past and asked if I had plans to change mine, and I decided to go with the quote, and I’m glad I did, great price, great service, great quality windows and installation, the whole process was the complete opposite to what I expected, and my home is now not only nice and warm and homely, but also looks like a completely different property. Thank you so much

in the current climate windows and doors were the last thing on my mind! until i spoke to a young polite gentleman who was installing windows on our road.
he explained about how the windows now are based upon energy efficiency and security! we had ours done in the end and the house has never felt so warm and as for the looks of our property now! just wow! highly recommend these guys! thank DG

Just woke up after the first night out windows were installed and I am so happy we done it, the house still feels warm everywhere, it’s like I’ve had the heating on and we haven’t even put it on for a second, definitely a good move with this energy cost problem going on. And I must say my new front door is beautiful, such an eye catching colour. Thank you DGSOLUTIONS for a professional experience, we will be using you again when we do the Facias, and guttering etc

2nd order with DG, Adam from the Exeter branch came back to do the back of my house after doing the front. Can’t fault the service, from the salesman Charlie, the surveyor Matt and Charlotte in the office. 10/10

Following a cold call and same day visit from the DG Solutions salesman, we agreed an installation of 9 varying sized replacement windows. We were advised when a surveyor would come along to confirm measurements and he was very friendly. We confirmed a start and completion date two weeks hence. Two fitters attended and were friendly and very efficient in their manner of installation and clearing up afterwards. So efficient that they managed to fit 6 windows on the first day and came back to fit the last 3 in just a few hours the next day! Very helpful in explaining throughout and certificate came through pretty quickly. Although initially skeptical, not just for this company but for cold calling in general, we have been very pleasantly delighted with the service and products installed.

Great service from start to finish, Tony Mitchell sales man who can round was not pushy but informative. 4 weeks from paying deposit to completion. 4 fitters were prompt, friendly and efficient. Would definitely reccomend.

THIS HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. 1 window fixed, still awaiting a 2nd window which was replaced and broke for the 2nd time when the guy installed it. Also awaiting a new hinge for a window that if I open, I will not be able to close and end caps for large window. How about a phone call? How about the truth? How about good old customer service?
This is the worst service I have ever encountered!!!!
