They lie. A disgrace. Worst parcel service ever. David Evans.. 818. 516. 6608 ... at the Van Nuys, CA, distribution center is a bold faced liar, in no way interested in my loss. Only interested in protecting the driver who delivered my parcel against my instruction and against DHL policy. Cheyenne... the handler of my "case" ... with an Arizona phone number..
lies through her teeth. Under no circumstances would I ever deal with DHL again. And this is just the beginning of my effort to take action against DHL.

Worst possible service

Worst possible service. The customer service representatives speak poor English and are not able to answer questions.

My package came with missing contents and DHL will do nothing to take responsibility for it.

They changed the address label then lied about it.

They delivered my package to not just the wrong address, but the wrong city then lied to me about it and refused to fix their screw up. I just happened to find an email with the wrong address on it and drove 2 1/2 hours round trip to that house to retrieve it. Fortunately, it was a nice young man that happened to keep it and gave it to me.

They claimed that “I” went online & changed the delivery address or someone hacked my DHL account and changed it. I didn’t change it and I don’t have a DHL account. I might have believed them if it turned out to be an empty house & the package was stolen from there, but that wasn’t the case. After I received the package, I saw there was a new DHL label on it. I peeled it off to find my actual address on the original label & someone at their company changed it intentionally.

When I first called to complain, all they had to do was send the driver to get it from the wrong address and redeliver it to me; but they couldn’t be bothered to fix their own incompetence, much less apologize. This is a horrible place to deal with and hope I never have the misfortune of having something shipped & delivered through them again.

Failed to Deliver and Lied to Vendor

Skye Footwear contracted with DHL to deliver my order. DHL delivered it to the wrong address. They sent me a photo they called “proof of delivery” which showed my package on someone else’s porch. I contacted the vendor, who contacted DHL. DHL told the vendor they had retrieved my package from the wrong address and delivered it to me They did not. They lied to the vendor. Fortunately, Skye Footwear is doing the right thing: They refunded my order and are sending me a complimentary pair of the shoes I wanted. Hopefully this time the vendor is not using DHL for delivery! It’s been several months since I placed the order!

DHL Portland Bad Branch with Bad Staff

DHL Portland Staff are so, so rude and just simply hang up on you and are not willing to assist at all. I had a an order from Banggood, but Bangood had put the incorrect street house number so DHL did not manage to deliver. When I phoned them and emailed them They would not help me correct the address so that my order could be delivered from Portland DHL to Medford When Explaining to them my order issue the services agent just simply hung up on me.

I was hired by a third party company to…

I was hired by a third party company to be labeled as a DHL drivers, yeah pay is great
.but the harrassment is horrible by the men that worked with me, coming on to me, and telling boss I was racist....just to get me fired, due to a third party involved in ganggstalking tactics....don't work here it's not that great people are jerks!!!

This is the worst company to deal with

This is the worst company to deal with. Worst customer service. Delivered my package with NO signature which was required to the WRONG address which they proceeded to send me a picture of. I have tried to call and resolve the issue for the past 6 days now with no resolution. I will NEVER use this company again.

It doesn’t even deserve 1 Star. They just don’t seem to care. Their tracking website doesn’t update, their live chat couldn’t give a crap to the point where the live chat representative that I was talking to just logged off. Pretty much a “ don’t care “ attitude. They just cost me $9000 because of their incompetence. DHL, UPS and FedEx are useless. I can’t wcrapait until Amazon can do what they do and put the whole lot of them out of business

I am truly disappointed and beyond…

I am truly disappointed and beyond dissatisfied with the delivery service for DHL. My son ordered an expensive pair of shoes for my birthday, and we received a text saying the package had been delivered, but the package never arrived to our doorstep! There was no picture to prove the driver left the package at our doorstep, just the GPS reading from the truck confirming the driver was at the correct building; however, there are several other tenants with different units in each building, and I've never had any isses with any other deliver service (that actually proves the package was delivered because they send you a picture) in the 8 years we've lived here. I sent a DHL customer inquiry ticket request to speak to someone about the missing package, but they closed the case because the GPS confirmed the driver arrived at the correct building. That is so NOT PROOF of delivery! So now, my son is out over $200 on a pair of shoes for his mother's birthday gift that she never received. Why ask for an address, if you are not going to pay close attention to the address and leave a damn picture of the doorstep of where the package was delivered because it damn sure was NOT the correct one! Always use the required signature for DHL deliveries or you will be sorry like we are!!!

Freakin' Terrible!

Worst shipping company in the USA. They routinely lose packages, tracking system is awful, take them 2 to 3 times as long for shipments to arrive no matter what shipping method you choose.

Example: It took almost two days for a package to go from California to Ohio. Not terrible BUT the city in Ohio is 20 miles from the destination and it took them more than a week to deliver it from there. Tracking said it was in transit the entire time, no updates at all until after it was delivered. So, 9 days to get an "expedited" package from California to a destination in Ohio.

DHL is not the number 1 service worker in the world. DHL now is the number 1 Lost parcels gone with the wind🥶🥶🥶

DHL was awarded as the no. 1 service worker in the World. I wonder Why? My packacge arrived at Austin facility last October 18, 2021 and on that same day my package gone or lost. No proof of delivery and they don't even know who is the person or driver doing the delivery. They cannot provide any details or info of thier own employee. After 2 days they send the picture to prove that the parcel was delivered at my door but it's just a picture of door but no pictures of parcel. And so disappointing because the picture of the door they sent is not mine. There's something going on not right. Is this what they say DHL become no 1.. In what reason..! Number 1 in parcels lost and gone by the wind. We have to spread to the world about what is going on with DHL . Never let anybody be a victim too in losing thier parcels. Especially those parcels coming from the merchant outside US😪😒😪😒😪 DHL what happen to your service now. Where is the safety of our parcels. So angry about this now. Lets spread and share this guys Let the world know whats going on now. It is not safe anymore using DHL😬😬😬😬
