DHL NEEDS TO GO! They are useless!
Ordered from the white company 8/9 and they ship my package out through DHL. Package ends up being lost and the company sends a replacement 9/6 expected to arrive in 3-5 days. Received the replacement today 9/20 and items inside are broken. The package was obviously handled very poorly.
When I inquire with DHL about the lost package they tell me I’ll have to contact the merchant about the issue. Like, what does the merchant have to do with anything after they hand over the responsibility to DHL? F you guys.

Extremely bad .No one should trust this company . Stuffs are polite speaking but a soy no help . We are forced to pay more than $900 as custom fee for a package cost 100 dollars hardly but important to us as the stuff wrote it is dutiable and my husband did not notice it .some stuffs even misbehaved with us . Never had an experience like it .
From bad to worse service
They never deliver when they say. Envelop seat in a location for 2 days and no updates in the tracking? How could this be. There is no one to move it forward and you have to wait until some body finds it. They sent my envelop to Jamaica instead of the US and nobody knew until I raised the claim. Not good and they are getting worse. Will change to FedEx. And they will run out of business if they don’t fix the logistics. And don’t blame on anyone but the bad management.

This is the worst company if you can call it a company that exists in the whole world, please do not send packages by mistake. The worst experience I have had with DHL, I sent a package out of the country and insured it with the highest amount they offer, after 2 months of the package not arriving, I return to the company located in Raleigh North Carolina, and according to me The person in charge of the care informs that the case of that package was closed because my family never showed up. Everything was a total lie and very suspicious, this same company charged my family member even more money supposedly for the time that they had the confiscated package. I called customer service requesting they return the package here to the United States and the answer was that unfortunately they could not do anything, finally after 4 months they decided to give me the package. I went to the manager of this office and he told me that he recommended that I go to my bank to get the money I had paid back. I feel that there is a lot of abuse by DHL with human beings and with their rights, I think that it should not operate in the market anymore. How sad. They are super decentralized and nobody answers you, the staff is trained just for what they want. This is an alert for all people DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES. I'm sorry I didn't check the reviews before this company will take my money.

This is the second time my package was not delivered by DHL - gone with the wind.No one responds to your emails or calls.Yesterday they said my package was signed for by an ineligible.No name was provided the worst part, the delivery address read Dallas Tx anywhere can be Dallas tx plus I stated my address correctly and completely yet they are bold enough to write it was to delivered to Dallas tx.Shame on you DHL, you guys have no morals or value, how is it that you are still operating?Don't you know people use their money to buy things that are being shipped through your miserable service?Why are you guys just lawless?You claim to deliver goods & services but all you ever really deliver are lies and imaginary packages!!!!
DHL Lost Packages - Again & Again
We switched to using UPS over DHL. In the past two years, DHL has lost two very important large package shipments from Hack Engineering in the UK to Beisan Systems LLC in Raleigh, NC. These are large heavy package and very important to our business. We are not able to manufacture these parts, only refurbish existing units which makes them even more important. DHL has not recovered the packages or made any compensations for their inability to perform the ONLY service they provide, shipping and delivery. It has been very disappointing and frustrating to the point where we have switched to using UPS exclusively for international shipping The latest lost package tracking number is AWB 7814576862 and we worked with multiple DHL recovery specialist to no avail.

If I could put 0 stars I would of ,they made out they attempted my parcel what was lies .no one tries to deliver my parcel today as I was home all morning .and even if they did they should of least left a card, I'm so angry that they can lie like this ,this item I was expecting today is for a wedding tomoorw .I've tried to contact DHL and its completely useless ,this driver obviously did foul play and its disgusting service.

8 boxes damaged and missing items
I shipped 8 boxes from the U.K. to the US with DHL and every single one arrived damaged. Some of the boxes were so damaged that items had fallen out even though we had used heavy duty boxes and generous amounts of tape to hold them together. I reached out to DHL to let them know about the damage as well as the poor experience I had with the delivery driver and while they claimed to have opened a case to look into it I have never heard back and when I contact them they tell me to keep waiting.
They are awful
They are awful - literally the worst service I’ve ever had. Was meant to get travel docs on a specific day to allow me to travel home 2 days later from the US. Didn’t turn up, was closed all weekend and resulted in me missing flights and costing me money on another nights stay and new flights. Their customer service was useless, constant mixed messaging and couldn’t even give me any certainty despite their mistake. The complaints procedure is also a joke; you get an apology and a review but no repayment for the significant costs incurred or the stress / inconvenience as they take no responsibility for it. They really are a terrible terrible company.

DHL will spell death to any reputable company out there using their mailing services. This company is the worst I've used them three times and every single time they get my package for over 20 days with no tracking information and nothing but I don't know I don't know I don't know every time you contact him. Your item will sit in a hub and tell enough bulk items are collected just sent to USPS for mail out. Trust me when your item is 75 miles from your home and a hub and you got to wait 10 days to receive it that is not good customer service. That is what you would call delivering something on the cheap! So any reputable company trying to save a buck on delivering their product this company will be death to you because people will stop ordering your product! This isn't just a my opinion this is a fact one strike two strikes three strikes you're out DHL.

If I could give DHL zero Stars I would. I have used them only twice and both times they have lost my packages which happened to be carrying very important/sentimental items. The first time my boyfriend and I shipped several bags from Spain to Austria, several of which arrived damaged, and one which never arrived at all. We called every DHL manager in Europe trying to track it down, only being met with “sorry, it’s lost. there’s nothing we can do and no, we cannot tell you where it last was.” After a year without our bag and months of emails, phone calls, and us trying to find it to no avail, we assumed it had been stolen, when one day my boyfriend went to renew a medical document which had been in the bag and the staff at the hospital said “by the way, someone tried calling you about a lost bag a while back, but we didn’t have a number to reach you on.”
We immediately took action and tracked down the person who tried to contact us. We found him through facebook, a guy in Germany that worked with DHL lost luggage and had our bag the whole time and had been trying to find some way to get ahold of us. He was the first and only helpful employee for DHL that we experienced and thank goodness we were able to get it back. Clearly the communication between DHL managers and their lost and found staff is lacking, and the higher their rank the less they seem to care.
Fast Forward 2 years and I had to send another 3 bags last minute from Mexico to Florida. I didn’t want to use DHL again after last time but did not see any better options. 2 bags arrived after weeks being held at customs, one has yet to arrive. I reach out to DHL multiple times only for them to tell me it’s still being held at customs and they do not have any updates. I wait several months always receiving this answer, then one day I call and they tell me it’s lost and to please file a claim for my money back, with no attempt to find the bag. I have been speaking to various DHL employees over the past couple of months since then and am only ever met with “Because your bag has been lost for over 6 months, our database deletes all info regarding it and we have no idea where it was last seen, please file a claim.” I do not want my money back, I want my bag which is carrying personal documents and other expensive/sentimental items. I clearly did not learn my lesson the first time, but I vow to never use DHL’s services after them messing up not once, but twice. I cannot be more disappointed with them and highly recommend to others NOT to use this company.
Worst Shipping Ever
DHL is terrible. My item went "inactive" eight days ago and I have no idea if or when I am going to receive it. Any company or individual considering using DHL... just use FedEx or UPS... hell even USPS. Their tracking is better and is unlikely to go "inactive" or take ten days to go from Kentucky to my location Illinois (if you were curious, this is about a three hour drive not ten days). Kentucky literally boarders Illinois for heaven's sake. How can you lose something that quickly?

The worst company in the world. Please do not use DHL! Please do not! I sent a mail containing my son's passport, birth certificate and all his immigration documents on February 9, 2022. On February 10, the mail was on hold a Cincinnati Hub. I called customer service and they told me, they are waiting for a flight. Few days later the mail was still on hold, I called again they said the could not find a mail I gave myself to them. They opened investigation. 1 month later on March 8, the sent me a text message saying my mail is lost I need to fill a claim. My son missed is visa interview apointement twice. It took me several years to do his immigration documents. I am so disappointed, to do his passport and birth certificate again I have to travel abroad, who gone pay my flight ticket? My accommodation? Who gone pay my bill here when I will be abroad? My son his minor he was expecting to see and live with his mum soon. what I am I gone tell him? I do not know I have been crying since February 9, customer service are so unprofessional. The way they have been speak to me, it like is my fault if the mail is lost. I paid 137$ for a simple mail. They do not care. How can you run a business to destroy and ruin people life? I hope what happen to me will not happen to anybody. I left my son when he was 4 years, now he is 11 I was so happy that he will be with me soon. DHL decided to lost all his immigration documents. I do not know what to do. I wanted yo go to Cincinnati Hub to look the mail myself. They did not give me the address. People working at DHL are not human they do not have heart. This company is known for fraudulent activities concerning money laundering and drugs trafficing in de US. Go search on the web for the informations.
But that aside, I can only tell they act like that too. I’ve been waiting for a parcel for over 2 months, while they keep it in transit and change the date and time schedule (I took screenshots everytime I checked). When you contact them to ask about the delay, they say you have to contact the seller because the seller should know about the delivery problem. LMAO. So I contacted the seller who was like "bro how am I supposed to know how DHL is working and delivering". So I re-contacted DHL with the information and screenshots about all this, and now they don’t answer anymore. About 4 attemps, for over 3 weeks now. I’d be in shame if I were a employee of DHL in the US… The CEO in this country is a bunch of fraudulent managers and their policy with their personnel is part of few police investigations. I guess DHL in the US will be a short story in the nearby future. It’s a pity because I didn’t choose this company, it was the seller’s option. Never use this company because you will never know how many problems you get with them. Sometimes they deliver on time, sometimes they just fluck it up. My experience with this company is almost always negative.

Package from UK made it to San Antonio in 24 hours only to be taken back to Cincinnati and back to Austin TX. Now it's on hold again claiming severe weather lol. It's amazing weather and has been every time they do this. They refuse to tell me where it is so i.can at least pick it up before it's just completely lost. Very frustrating and seeing they don't care to reply here says a lot.
