***Extremely Disappointing Experience***
I recently sent two parcels through DHL without tracking, and the experience was terrible. When the parcels arrived, both boxes had been opened. One box was completely empty, and the other had several missing items.
This is extremely upsetting and unacceptable. Parcels should be handled safely, regardless of whether tracking was purchased or not. The fact that both packages arrived opened raises serious concerns about how DHL handles customers’ shipments.
When I tried to contact DHL about the issue, it was very difficult to reach them. Their support was not available on the weekend, and as a full-time employee it is not realistic to complete this kind of complaint process during normal working days. They expected me to contact the receiver, get a statement from them, make videos, collect proof, fill out a long PDF form, and send everything back within a very short time. After going through all of that effort, DHL still could not confirm that I would be able to claim anything, because the parcels were not insured due to being sent without tracking. This makes the whole complaint process feel unfair, stressful, and almost pointless for the customer.
I am very disappointed with DHL’s service and the way my complaint was handled. I trusted DHL with my parcels, and both arrived damaged, opened, and with items missing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend DHL to anyone sending valuable or important items.

Yesterday I had an urgent delivery that was supposed to arrive on time. Instead, DHL again ignored the address and redirected the package to a branch that was already closed when I received the notification.
At this point DHL in Germany feels less like a delivery service and more like a monument to bureaucracy and indifference. You pay for delivery to your door, yet somehow the responsibility quietly shifts back onto the customer every single time.
Punctuality here exists mostly as a theoretical concept in tracking updates rather than in reality. The system appears optimized not for delivering packages, but for generating automated excuses and redirecting responsibility into endless loops of inconvenience.

Extremely inconvenient system. Those pack stations..WHY WOULD I POSSIBLY WANT TO HAVE AN APP ON MY PHONE JUST TO OPEN A DOOR? If I wasnt home, you could have easily left it in front of my door or give it to my neighbours or deliver it the next day like all the other companies do! Now i have to go through all the trouble just because of your bad service. Not mentioning that each package arrives late. Every time.

The company procedures are fine until you have a problem. Their standard answers dont help and costumer service representatives are not usefull at all. Found myself talking with 5 diferent people in 20 minutes each one of them told me that they will transfer the call and at the end their final answer was to send an email with my complain.
