DHL courier could not be bothered to bring the parcel to my door, he called me and asked me to meet with him outside and pick up my parcel. He was rude afterwards and customer service did not bother to resolve the issue either. I paid delivery 15 Euros for this delivery- overpriced and really bad customer service.

Delivery payed, supossed to be delivered few days ago and they gave it to the third company to deliver my order 7 days later. Not a first time but everytime with DHL.

I bought an item in US and have it delivered and VAT payed through "eBay International Shipping". Delivered by DHL to HR, but then HR Post (Hrvatska Pošta) charged me the inspection and VAT (PVD) again. If they really "inspected" the package they would find eBay packaging slip with IOSS number and VAT payed. They do not even bother to do this! Avoid DHL and Croatian Post at any cost!!!

Shameful performanca of Croatian Post Office. DHL must find a reliable local partner urgently. Naturally, no excuse for DHL, both International and local. You cannot just turn the blind eye.

They are just forwarding packages to Croatian post. When you contact them all they say is call Croatian post. Well, it’s not customer’s call who DHL uses as their partner and they should provide full service in tracking a non delivered package. Not to say that Croatian post is awful at its job -the very reason I used DHL in the first place.

For me the it was the best delivery and most reliable company among all of them in Croatia, until they started to forward the express parcels to Croatian post office even tho you pay for DHL express delivery and from there the parcels got lost, get delivered to packet lockers without getting yr pin to open them, valuable parcels get chucked anywhere, the best thing is via their now partner, you wait at home for scheduled delivery and they say you weren't there so they slip you the ticket to collect it by yrself. shame. IF I PAYED DHL DELIVERY I EXPECT IT TO BE DELIVERED BY YOU!!! edit: parcel came opened and tampered with. LOL

Dec 4 was just the final straw!! and for the record : I have never left any negative reviews as everyone can have a bad day ! But this is not one deluvery but rather dhl deliveries since the pandemic when the Local post office became their local sorting facility
Shame shame shame dhl went from a decades old reputable company to a major joke with untraceable packages to Deliveries weeks or even months later. The thought this is an anomaly of the HR pošta that functions as Sorting Facility but than it happen also Madrid ! post pandemic no-one cares about common folks not being able to get their packages at times for months and once a whole year to deliver a Iphone mask ! i gave receipts to back it up and i m certain not using dhl again
Kad bi barem bilo moguće dati nula zvjezdica. Sramota na dhl-u je od desetljećima stare renomirane tvrtke postala velika šala s paketima kojima se ne može ući u trag i isporukama tjednima ili čak mjesecima kasnije. Mislio sam da je ovo anomalija HR pošte koja funkcionira kao Sortirna stanica, ali to se događa iu Madridu! nakon pandemije nikoga nije briga za obične ljude koji ponekad mjesecima ne mogu dobiti svoje pakete, a jednom godišnje dostaviti masku za iPhone! dao sam račune da to potvrdim i siguran sam da više neću koristiti dhl

WORST DELIVERY EVER

They estimated the date of delivery. I asked if I could come and pick up the package myself the day before, they said I can't because it won't be out for delivery until Thursday after 11 o'clock. I go on a trip on Wednesday and at noon they send me a message that the package will be delivered by the end of the day. (???)
I call the customer service AGAIN and say that it can not be delivered until later in the afternoon because no one will be home. Then I arrange for someone to be home and ask if they could come after 16:30. They say yes, ok, it will be delivered after that time. The delivery guy calls me at 15:35 that he's on the address now and that he can't deliver later because of his working schedule (???). I get angry while asking that he comes later because no one is home, we get into an argument and he hangs up the phone. Awful service. Avoid at all costs.

DHL have had my Packet now for 6 Days, It was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. DHL used to be good but have sunk to a whole new level of incompetence.

The worst company ever, not reliable, don't deliver things, and then write that you were not at home. They do not call, despite you left your phone number.

Sometimes they hand over your package to random people, and then ask you to look for it in the neighborhood.

Avoid if you can, horrible service

bad company,i was sent package to the france,breitling wristwatch ,never arrived,estimate value 5000-7000 usd,company refund me 500usd only,
several times they did not deliver the expensive postage paid to me, but I had to go to the branch for a package,never more

Wow DHL Croatia! Amazing business tactics. Croatian Post doesn't want to send a package because they don't accept cash or card payment due to Corona pandemic (w.t.f?)... but they are more than willing to recommend your services that can be payed online. No problem I can pay online, but asking almost 100 euros for sending a small package (less than 1kg) from Croatia to Germany is ...... (Can't find the proper word).

I ended up using other company that charged 14 euros for the same thing. Package arrived safely in 3 days.
