B&Q delivery

Never received an item ordered from B&Q way back in Sept, DHL are holding customers items from above store as they are in a dispute with the store. Very spiteful. And will never use them again on a personal basis.

DHL DISASTER>>>Ordered from B&Q the 7th…

DHL DISASTER>>>Ordered from B&Q the 7th Oct to be delivered on the 10th by DHL.
Still waiting on the 27th Oct and cannot get through to DHL ( they wont answer!!!!!)
Clearly an issue and we the punters are the ones suffering.
Now waiting for B&Q to hopefully sort it out sooooon.

Awaiting a delivery from China

Awaiting a delivery from China. I have the tracking number but there is only one notification about when DHL received it. The tracking system is appalling, appearing in German and frankly goddamned useless. All this from a country that designed the first successful rockets. Jesus wept!

Shipment tracking

Shipment tracking: 2315651914
DHL delivered this yesterday, to the wrong postal code, wrong house, and left it sitting by the roadside in the rain. That house is a vacation home, rarely occupied, with visibly padlocked gates. The postal code was clearly labelled. There is no excuse for not checking.
Packaging was soaked, falling apart, and punctured.
Totally unsatisfactory.

They didn't deserve even one star.
This is a second time that I wait for my parcel.
I didn't get it.
They want me to charge some additional charges because they don't do their job properly.
If they only call me and tell me when they coming,I would wait outside, because nobody can enter my building without fob.I don't recommend their "service"to anyone.

DHL,s outrageous admin fees

While I understand the whole Brexit issue is completely out of DHL,s hands and they just add the VAT and taxes they are told, adding €14.60 administration fee from DHL to pay those fee's is just taking advantage of the situation. Thats basically profiteering folks.
Your a delivery company, you get paid to deliver the goods and processing them is part of that.
Adding a massive fee of €14 euro on a item worth €60 just to send a notification to the client that VAT is due is outrageous!!
Its bad enough we get hammered on delivery fee, VAT & Duty but now DHL pop on another "administration " fee of €14!!!!
Outrageous and it's the last time you will catch me out on this.

Terrible experience with DHL

Terrible experience with DHL. My package never arrived, the photo they shared isn’t my address, and I never signed for anything — yet they closed my complaint, claiming it was resolved. No follow-up, no accountability, no customer care at all.

This Company is a joke. Non-existent customer service. The lack of communication is disgraceful. If you use DHL, I will not make any purchases from you in future.

If I can leave 0 star I would have.
It’s very disgraceful to deal with this company. Since July this company has been sending my order to the wrong country, 2X already. How can a parcel which is to be delivered to ireland end up in Germany, 2X and address is not wrong either.
Costumer service incompetence to deal with them, no one is ready to resolve the issue and get my package to me 😡😡😡😡😡😡.

Woeful service

Woeful service. Have been waiting 2 weeks for a delivery. On 3 different days notified of a delivery which has still not arrived. I have asked B and Q for my money back

Driver didn't deliver and switched phone off

Paid 37 Sterling (nearly 43 euro) for express/on demand delivery. Paid another 14.50 euro to them for handling fees (import). Item expected Friday 12th. Sat in all day waiting, just after 4pm got an email to say they couldn't deliver it as my address was wrong. Had little option but to click the change address link, checked the address and it was correct. This generated a new delivery date of Monday 15th.
Rang customers services straight away, they tried to call the driver, his phone was switched off. Looks like he decided to have an early finish!
Customer services checked the address and agreed it was the right one they had and said the driver should not have scanned it as "wrong address"
The company have had over 50 euro to deliver one parcel and they failed.
To say I'm fuming would be an understatement

Wasted a day of my life and made me angry beyond description.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Only half of my order arrived and I never received the rest even after contacting the company . I had also contacted B&Q who I had ordered it from .I didn’t even get a refund let alone a response.Totally unprofessional.

Absolutely useless courier.
DHL Express put my parcel ONHOLD with no reasons, the customer support on the phone promised every day the parcel delivering, but this didn't happen. Total experience: the service
irresponsible, dishonest, and utterly incompetent.
They put incorrect notes on their tracking system and weren't able to explain the real shipping status.
Avoid this company at all costs.

If you want to get stressed

If you want to get stressed, loose money and don’t receive your order DHL is the right company forth. They were in charge of my order and they did a big messy job with, I’ve done a order last December and didn’t received my item till now. All that they say is that I have to check with the seller. Unfortunately it’s the worse experience I ever had with a carrier company.
