Disappointed after 3 month wait
I placed an order for some basic items in mid-September, some that I needed for an event in late October. The company sent an email after I placed the order saying they were custom ordering a few items, and warning to not even contact them about it for 10 weeks. They didn’t ship the available items. So, I waited 10 weeks, (now no longer wanting or needing the items I ordered to use in October,) and in late November I reached out. They responded a few days later and said, “Good news! We got your items in! As soon as we check it we’ll send it.” Nine days later, I finally got a notice that a shipping label was created. USPS doesn’t yet have the package. I’m so disappointed, as I was excited to find sizes not available elsewhere. They need much better info about shipping times linked to specific products, and you should be able to review availability and expected delivery dates so you can modify your cart before checking out. Beware… or order with caution, a lot of patience, and low/no expectations.
