I absolutely love DAC. The best quality canvas and drills I have found yet. Sometime difficult to obtain, as their kits sell out quickly, but also indicates the quality they provide. Highly demanded kits that hold value. Shipping can be a little slow or late, but it is so worth the wait.

Diamond Art Club is far way above the competition. High quality materials, original designs, and awesome quality pictures when completed. Ill continue for many years to purchase paintings from Diamond Art Club.

DAC used to be ok.
I have bought lots of kits and accessories over recent years, spending a lot of money with them.
However I had a negative experience with an order and I tried to complain about it and seek resolution but my emails were completely ignored, they did not rectify it at all. Their staff were rude and arrogant and failed to address the issues I raised.
From this, they went in to remove me from their Facebook groups, they cancel any orders I try to make and they restrict my account status.
They have never told me why they have done these things and any email, I send just gets ignored.
I have unsubscribed from their email sales promotions countless times yet they still email…..for what purpose I don’t know because I can’t place any orders without them being cancelled!
They are really quite pathetic and yet tyrants at the same time. They now are kicking people out of their various Facebook groups and restricting other people’s accounts in a similar way to mine.
It seems that with DAC, you don’t have any consumer rights nor protection.
My advice …do not buy from DAC, shop elsewhere!

Been doing diamond art for a few years, DAC has great quality, beautiful designs, and I love the ability to do custom ones. I have many waiting to be completed and will be purchasing more when I run out.

As a diamond painter getting more into the hobby, I have fallen in love with DAC. I love the sparkle of the gems, and I especially love all of the options of different styles for everybody to enjoy. I have definitely started branching out and expanding my style. Great quality, great selection, great sparkle. It doesn’t get better than that✨

Every canvas I have purchased has been exceptionally well made. My experience was beginner when I found DAC, and to be honest square drills scared me and I hesitated working my first one, every lopsided placement caused anxiety but thanks to a friend I discovered a true love of the square drills. I proudly hang every one of my finished canvases and I haven't given any as gifts only because I selfishly love them way too much. Thank you for keeping the canvases high quality and worth the price I pay.

Diamond Art Club is a great diamond dot company who honors their products. If you have any problems they reply to your email very quickly and resolve the problem if there’s any. There kits are easy to follow great directions. Thanks Diamond Art Club love building your products and looking at the vast variety of well made products you offer.
