Beautiful quality canvases and drills. I love the feel and look of higher quality products. I hope in the future they will have a larger selection of extra large canvases and stock more volume as popular items are always sold out.

The artwork is wonderful and the shipping was fast. The quality of the canvas is great.

As many have said, Diamond art club is the gold standard. Unlike other companies, quality is never an issue. Packages from Diamond art club are really “happy mail” and the experience of opening is always pleasurable.

I was really looking forward to this order, which cost over £70 and was intended as a birthday gift for my daughter.
Unfortunately, it arrived water damaged. The outer shipping box was soaked and open, the delivery driver photographed the damage on arrival, and multiple items inside were also water damaged. The Mini Dazzles sets were wet and warped, and one of the larger DIY kits was crushed and split due to the moisture.
Customer service responded quickly and initially refunded one damaged item. However, when I reported that additional items had also been damaged, I was told that I would only receive a refund if I returned them to the United States at my own expense. The company confirmed they are unable to provide a prepaid international return label.
I don't believe it is reasonable to expect a customer to pay international return postage for goods that arrived damaged in transit. Although the responses were polite and prompt, I was disappointed with the final resolution.

Best Company wit many ways to keep customers engaged and a big part of kit selections.

I just finished my second Diamond Dot canvas from Diamond Art Club. I've also purchased a few of their Gem Houses - LOVE THEM. The variety of the kits they offer is amazing as well as unique. The kit I've just completed is called "Kitchen Cats," one of the beautiful (but so popular they sell out far more quickly than I wish they would) pieces that come from the artistic mind of Liubka. The quality of DAC's canvases and kits is top notch. I can also say that they stand by their products with great customer service. When I got started with "Kitchen Cats" the kit was missing 2 of the drill colors that I needed. I send a note to them, they responded immediately with a sincere apology letting me know that they would take care of the problem right away. The next thing I knew those drills were in my mailbox. I have a few friends that are heavy into this hobby. I always recommend DAC to them. Their products are worth every penny you pay for them.

Top quality...but wish to see more canvas options and fewer children's character designs.

The canvas's are high quality as are the drills. If by some odd chance you are short drills, a quick phone call will get them on their way to you. DAC would be my top recommended place to buy diamond art kits.

The best sites, I don’t think I can buy diamond paintings from any other site no matter how much I convince myself. They have the best drills, the best rendering, beautiful packaging, a tool kit. Fast response from the customer service team if you ever have any issues.

The Diamond Painting Kits are beautiful and come with all the necessities/tools needed to complete the project. I've purchased several for myself as well as my daughters, mom, grandma, partner and even my dad who's interested in trying it out. There is something for everyone to love! The rewards perks are great as well!
