Rob and Luca completely replaced my LPG heating with an air sourced heat pump. New radiators, new pipework, the whole deal. Never seen two guys graft so hard in my life. They were on time, professional, understanding (I have two dogs who were not best pleased) and explained everything to me very clearly. As disruptive a job as it is, they did their very best to ameliorate the disruption and it was a very good experience all the way around. As the previous reviewer said, I’d give them ten stars if I could. Thanks so much for everything guys.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The guys were amazing, they arrived as planned and worked professionally and considerate of the tennant who was unwell at the time of the work. All the guys were friendly and explained how the project would happen.
They all work so well as a team and the job was completed within the timescale.
Before leaving I was shown clearly how the air heat source pump worked.
Im very greatful that we were allocated this set of guys for the job.

Totally went above and beyond to get my house off its old LPG system and onto an airsource heatpump - not a small task - and it was a more faffy than expected job on account of my rickety old cottage having a few surprises up its sleeve. Very appreciative of the extra care and attention (and creativity!) needed to get everything set up and working. 100% recommend.

Unbelievable service and really professional and at a really good price!

Contracted Rob and Luca to rip out an old oil boiler and radiators, some pipework, and install a gas boiler, tank, new rads and pipework and also reroute some pipes for gas main as well. Work was done to a high standard and working with the guys was easy. Talked about ideas, preferences and also continuation of work as it was done in stages and Rob and Luca listen and accommodate where they can. Price was good and communication was grrat, never too much to be free to answer any questions. Cheers guys.

Rob and Lucca are absolutely amazing.

They've just fitted 5 new radiators and moved 2 others as well as servicing our boiler over the last couple of days.

They've been lovely, polite, super accomodating and really tidy. They've even taken the rubbish and old radiators.

They checked in with us to make sure we're happy with everything every step of the way and have even carefully put our current laminate back down (including cut outs for the new pipes) to make everything look neat until we change the flooring next year.

We used Diamond Boilers to fit our new boiler last year and it's been perfect with no issues.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! The best tradespeople we've worked with since we bought our new house.

Looking forward to working with them again soon.

Eleven months ago Diamond Boilers removed an old boiler and replaced it with an Ideal Logic Max 30 Combi Boiler. The quote was the best one we had, and we have been very pleased with the service we received. We have not had even one issue with the boiler since it has been installed. It works perfectly first time every time. I do recommend Diamond Boilers, and also the Ideal Logic Max 30 Boiler too.

Easy to obtain the quote and agree the install date. Rob and Luca were polite and professional and did a very tidy job. Happy to recommend to others.

Had a new boiler ,and central heating system fitted ,excellent workmanship very professional ,on time worked quickly and efficiently , left everything clean and tidy when job completed.would have no problem recommending them and will definitely ask them to Complete any future work I need .

I chose Diamond Boilers from online reviews and was not disappointed. I was without hot water and Rob rearranged appointments so that him and Luca could come out to me the following day. The quotes for a new Boiler were competitive and their work was second to none. They were friendly, polite, tidy and very competent. I will be booking them for my first service in October.

Professional and friendly - fitted a new combi boiler and removed the old boiler and water tank. Left the house tidy and returned a year later to service the boiler. Would definitely recommend.

What can I say! Rob has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. Very responsive, professional throughout, very reasonably priced, and always fair. Excellent workmanship, fast, tidy, and always checking out with me to ensure I was happy with their plans, really knows what he’s doing. Once installed, explained system and how to operate and ensured available to support. Really helpful throughout. Will not be going elsewhere for heating needs, absolutely cracking business. Really safe pair of hands.

As tradesmen go, I have to say, I have met few as good as Rob and his team. Brilliant to work with, always do a swift, thorough and really good job. Have used multiple times and will continue to do so. Genuine as they come, fair and honest, wish the same could be said for more tradesmen. Diamond by name, diamond by nature.

Having ordered a new heating system ( combi boiler & 7 radiators ) from Boxt, they sent us 2 engineers from diamond boilers.
Rob & Luca arrived on installation day & immediately pointed out that the boiler I ordered was far too big for our property. A quick phone call & having one that was perfect for our property, they promptly swapped it. The work they did installing the new system was first class & they had to re-route the flue through the roof as the original was too close to a window. I can't thank these guys enough as it has completely transformed the heating & hot water system in our house. They left with no mess & our best wishes. Thank you Rob & Luca for a 5* job.
