Always a pleasure re dealing with the team at their showrooms on the long mile road, irrespective of who you deal with.
Having said the the vast majority of our time has been spent with Michael who is the consummate professional… knowledgeable , great service and friendly.

I had gone to your store before to buy…
I had gone to your store before to buy chairs and did not find anything suitable. So after shopping around for 2 months. I went back last Sunday, the lady that was serving us rembered looking after us before, she was so helpful, and had a lovely way of dealing with people. An order placed in January took until…
An order placed in January took until 30th of July to be available for collection. Additional items ordered at the same time have only recently left china. Confirmed by the tracker. After being told that there were delays due to the war in the Middle East, it is clear that you were waiting to fill a shipment.
Shocking logistical service and zero customer service or any communications since the order was placed unless we chased!

So sorry to hear this, this is not the experience we want for our customers.
Unfortunately, there are ongoing global shipping delays that have caused significant port congestion across both Asia and Europe, affecting container deliveries worldwide and regrettably, these delays are outside of our control. I can assure you that your container left the factory on schedule for its expected arrival date, but experienced lengthy delays in transit due to extended waiting times at various ports and while awaiting a berth. That said I believe you have been speaking to our Customer Service Manager who has allocated your order to an earlier stock container with a view to getting this delivery to you as quickly as possible.
Your stools are now currently with the French Polisher, and our delivery team will be in touch with you by the end of the week to get them booked out for delivery.
