Allison R. at the San Antonio location was so great to work with! She was very thorough with explanations and the process and gave very good pros and cons. We got my engagement ring, fiancés wedding band, and we’re going back to get my band from Allison too. Highly recommend working with her!

I can't say enough about Daniel and Ken in the new Buckhead store in Atlanta. I wanted to update my wedding band and they were a pleasure to work with. They sent me picture of the new ring design to approve, then made a mold, revised the mold to my exact specifications and gave me a great price on my new stone too. Delivered exactly when promised. If you are in the market for something new or redesigned they should be your choice. I am glad they were mine.

I am now into my fifth week and the ring I have ordered still hasn't even shipped. I never get told of any delays unless I chase them down to see what is going on.

I’ve recently worked with Ginger Hollifield, and it has been a great experience. She is extremely patient and answered my many questions. She was willing to make changes to my order when I couldn’t make up my mind! She is knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with. There are so many places where one can purchase jewelry. It’s nice to have a place where you can count on people who are knowledgeable, patient, understanding and honest. I recommend Ginger and Diamonds Direct highly and without reservation.

I've met Bo Cochran on October 10, 2020, when I decided to purchase 2.5 Karet Diamond at Diamonds Direct for my fiancée at the time. Bo was assigned as the salesperson to help me with my needs, especially understanding of my budget constraints. I recently had a setback with my Fiancée, unfortunately she called it quits on our engagement plans and she returned the ring, which was very expensive, but Bo turn-it all around by presenting me with a positive outcome, by exchanging the engagement for a Submariner Rolex watch. Basically, it was an even exchange with no loss in the value of the ring and no additional cost to me.

I am grateful for Bo’s friendship and understanding my sensitive issues of the engagement breakup. Bo is very thoughtful, and his professionalism is off the charts! In the future if I have the opportunity and get lucky to meet a more suitable companion, only if a second change of falling in love, will go directly to Mr. Cochran because of his mannerisms, honesty and lay-back approach individual. Bo is a beloved human beginning that I will cherish due to my misfortunates as I stated above.

I am blessed to meet a kindred spirit person in my life, that is truly a friend.

I had heard of diamonds direct and decided to give it a try . From the moment I was greeted at the door by Leslie the visit was just what I wanted. She was never pushy but very helpful in listening to what I thought I wanted. Everyone in the store very nicely were accommodating and very supportive and friendly without being overbearing salesman. I love the atmosphere and would like to commend the management in how they choose to conduct business.
It’s a big decision and they made it effortless and I left there very relaxed and happy with my purchase.
