Very helpful staff
First it was Jody who looked after me so well and then it was Marianne Lehmann who always took time to chat to me and was very patient with me and my emails.
I have already reccommended DF to lots of friends in Austria and the UK and I hope that they will use this fantastic service and offer!

really godd designs which you cannot fin everywhere... you´re getting a lot for your money
Hi everybody,
at first I was a little bit sceptical to buy such a gift online. But after looking and looking in so much boutiques I didn´t find any design I liked.
So after some phone calls with really nice peolpe (thanks for your big help Hanna :) ) I was really in touch with the whole order and buying process that I decided to get my ring online.
I checked my ring quality at a local shopr and they told me a sum of around 25% higher than I paid at Diamonds.

Thanks for making this day so special. I was at first skepcitacl whether I should buy such an important and valuiable item through the internet - without even having seen it! The cosultation on the phone helped to lay off part of my skepticism due to its good pragmatic approach and explanation about all of my questions. So in the end, I gave it a shot but must admit that I could not lay off my skepticism until the ring AND the diamond arrived. It was exactly how it was presented in the website...and once in real, even more beautiful than expected and am now more than concinved that this was the right way to go. Here you really get value for money. Go into all the other sotres you find in your city and compare the quality of ring/diamond you get compared to this. You dont need to be a math genius to say that diamonds factory truely has best quality for better price. Furthermore, i value a lot how reliable their service was. The ring arrive right as they said and therefore on time.

Good ring, less good communication
The ring I bought was very nice. But when ordering online I only got an automated email and no online ordering info so didn't know what was happeninng until 3 weeks later when the ring was shipped.
