Faulty Grinder
Very disappointed with this coffee grinder. I only recently bought it and unfortunately, it is faulty and does not work properly. I expected a new grinder to work straight out of the box, especially for the price.
I’m hoping the seller will resolve the issue quickly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this product.

Adam was my delivery man and he was really helpful and very efficient, had my cooker and washing machine up and running in no time . Excellent customer service from your team in DID Tallaght especially a manager with blonde hair, I think she was called Rema. She was so professional and helpful towards me after I purchased the wrong dishwasher online.I only realised after I returned home from work and it was installed, plus all packaging binned. I thought I was going to be stuck with it, however after speaking with a nice young man on the phone and then the manager, I was reassured and told I could swap and it wouldn't be an issue, I just had to pay a repacking fee,then all I had to do was come down and pick out the dishwasher i actually wanted.
The following day i went down and met Rema personally and she was so helpful and understanding and made my mistake, less embarrassing for me,while sorting everything out with such a great attitude and professionalism.
