Third time i’ve used their products and have always been very pleased with the results and the support. This time I acquired a 2nd hand box privately and DTUK re flashed it for my car as well as the accelerator peddle. Would definitely recomment

The products these guys put out are first class, I’ve used them for years without any issues. And they are lovely people to deal with always very helpful.

Bought a tuning box several years back for my Audi, communication and support was great at the time. I have just changed to a new car and this week got my box updated with new cable loom and software as well as purchasing a pedal box. Support and advice via email, phone and WhatsApp was excellent both before the purchase and while trying to install. The box was delivered very quickly and Andrew’s prompt support (and patience) to help me get it installed was excellent.

The products also work really well with a noticeable difference in power and responsiveness. I would recommend DTUK to anyone looking for the same.

I ordered the CRD+ Tuning box for my US Spec 2015. BMW 535d X-Drive M-Sport. Andrew's communication before buying was axcellent and he sent me detailed instructions on installation which was a breeze apart from some of the original sensors were difficult to take apart. After I turned the car on, it went into limp mode even on the lowest settings. Even when I disconnected it, it stayed in limp mode. I contacted Andrew who was very helpful in running some possible fixes and when going through those, I discovered that on my car I had to unhook the O2 sensor and hadn't plugged it back in! As soon as I did, the car ran great. I love the performance gains and fuel economy has improved too when I can stop the urge to floor it (very difficult!). Andrew's customer service skills are excellent. And with the time difference, he went so far as to work during the evening with me. I couldn't be happier! Thanks Andrew!

Waste of time and money their boxes, if you will have chance invest in remap as their boxes generate faults and car going into limp mode. They already replaced one box for me but fault come on again after one year , now they just ignore me or telling me that it’s not box fault, but that really strange as happened before and they replaced and been ok for year and when I’m running car without box it’s no faults, obviously warranty is useless, try before return for refund no chance, now just ignoring me and telling me that they tune lots of cars without issues, so must be my car. A yeah al8. Be careful with this company

Superb customer service from the Off. dealt with Andrew who was an absolute pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble and communicated thoroughly when I had trouble with installation. Pretty easy when you know how. Would certainly recommend the product and the Staff.

I have used their products for 8 years on Fords, BMW and now a Jag and am more than happy with the after sales service.
I always combine the tuning box with a pedal box for the best experience.

I purchased a Stage 2 DTUK tuning box for my GR Yaris and I am over the moon with it. Andrew has provided excellent service, responding to queries and requests extremely quickly. I’d recommend the business and product to anyone!

I had a 2.0 tdi Audi Q5 and ordered a DTUK tuning box and a pedal box and it totally changed the car. It was a lot more responsive and lost the second or so delay on the accelerator.
The after market help Andrew and the team gave me to get the settings on the box set up just how I wanted it was great.

I ordered a Pedal Box and Tuning Box for my BMW M5 Competition 2022. I loved the car, but felt the throttle response was a little weak in low revs and that the power didn’t really get turned on till mid range/post 30 mph.

The order was a custom from Germany, but took less than 2 weeks to deliver and was very simple to fit.

Admittedly I couldn’t read instructions so had to reach out to the guys at DTUK and Andrew was super helpful and responsive with my questions.

The results have been fantastic, honestly it’s filled that issue and more, the car performs even better than it did with no issues at all.

I’m delighted not only with the product, but the customer service from DTUK and can highly recommended them.
