DTUK Performance Reviews 

This is my third tuning chip from dtuk, I think they are brilliant. I had a issue with my latest purchase, I got a error message come up on my dash. I spoke to dtuk who went through everything with me to try and find a fault. It turned out it was nothing to do with the chip at all but a loose pipe in the engine. Once this was fixed I reinstalled the box and took my car for a test drive. What can I say, wow, what a difference again. 200bhp now, the car is real fun now.

Thankfully the guys at dtuk kept in touch with me. This gave me the faith to try again.

Mercedes GLC 350d 4MATIC:
Ordered Pedal Box Plus online (after office hours) on 3rd June, it arrived today 5th June. Its the second Pedal Box I've order from DTUK; the first for a previous Mercedes (together with tuning box and TCU gearbox flash). The unit totally transforms the throttle pedal response and having installed it on two vehicles can throughly recommend it. Having previously visited DTUK at their premises in Co.Durham and met Andrew and his team, I can vouch for their professionalism and their products - both get 5⭐

Firstly the product worked flawlessly and was a very noticeable difference. A great thing to do and made a real difference to the drivability and fun of the car. This comes on the heals of a competitor not able to get their equivalent to work which appears to be due to a lack of knowledge around sensor types.
However more importantly, the information and support from Andrew before and after purchase was excellent and I can thoroughly recommend. Great products and great company

Superb experience from day 1. The product itself is amazing, but IMO what really stands out is the quality of the service. Andrew is a true gent , a real enthusiast and is pretty much available 24-7. The tweaks and updates are seemless. If you are in the market then look no further.

I Recently purchased a pedal box+ from DTUK.

Customer service is great, Andrew answered any questions I had without hesitation, 24 hour delivery was superb and the product itself works fantastic.

Would highly recommend.

Been dealing with Andrew and his team for 3 or 4 years now, many units have been purchased, the units are good quality compared to others on the market, and they work, never had a problem, but Andrew is always on hand to help out technically if needed. He is straight talking,and is no fool, I think some of the bad reviews he gets, is because he can back up everything he says, and people don't like getting caught out.

Send back my pedal box to be reprogram, cause change my car.
They got back to me next day telling me there a fault with the light so they just replace a new . Can’t say much but great service.

Find them easy to deal with I have just changed cars and wanted to put my current box on my new cars soo sent them the tune box with £10 for posting it back and Andrew couldn't be any more helpful

My experience with DTUK was the usual excellent, Andrew who owns the company contacted me to verify the plug connection on the acceleration pedal. He found my old emails from many years ago, so in the end I didn't need to go to my car and take photos of the plug. Products are excellent quality and delivery is quick, also they are always there for any questions you might have. Thanks Andrew.

I bought the DTUK® CRD3+ TRI- CHANNEL ULTIMATE CONTROL TUNING SYSTEM on June 2020 for my BMW X5 3.0D
The insulation is ok - the last plug is a little difficult since it is behind the engine near the driving compartment.
The blue tooth is very easy to install and good for control the modes and fine tuning (blue tooth function is the main reason I considered to buy this tuning system)
The performance is good - I am using the 'efficiency' mode most of the time; the sport mode - only try it on the highway.

My experience with DTUK was excellent... Andrew who owns the company really knows his stuff and was very knowledgable.

I am not sure why the trolls have come out to play for DTUK on here - I have had 3 units (FSR+multi-channel w/bluetooth) on 3 cars in 5 years. Simple to install, did not cause me an issue at all and the results were well worth the investment. My existing car is an Audi S5, and I have the FSR+ tuning box, which being someone with limited mechanical skills, managed to have it fitted and located within 5 minutes thanks to both the excellent support Andrew himself provides, and also the instructions are clear as day.
I recently tested the car with just the TCU flash and took the box off as I wanted to see how it felt and granted it did not have the extra horses the box provides but the quicker shifts provided a car that felt quicker than standard.
I also have the DTUK pedal box - again easy to fit, bit fiddly if you are a big man locating the accelerator plug but its literally plug and play, mount your fancy controller and choose your setting, making the car even more responsive at all times. The FSR+ box, TCU flash and pedal box is an awesome combo, done from home, collectively takes less than 30 mins, and it makes a MASSIVE difference! I will continue to use these products on the next car I work on and I am even going to get one soon for my wifes Audi A1 1.6tdi - need to check if thats available yet but it will help the turbo lag, is painfully slow being a 1.6tdi and one thing with FSR+ boxes are my fuel consumption dropped by a few mpg which was a pleasant surprise - especially in an Audi S5 3.0tfsi supercharged with a massive spec list.
Overall cannot recommend Andrew and the DTUK team for their products and service. You can go to a 'tuner' who will flash you car with the same results, but then if you want the flash taken off its back to them again, and you pay for the privilege.
Thanks again to DTUK and Andrew for your continued help and support over the years, even when I was petrified of trying to fit something I see now as so simple ha!

What a excellent company DTUK are I had ordered one day and received the next day. I ordered a pedal box for my Audi A1 to get rid of a irritating lag and it worked perfectly and was so easy to fit taking only about 10 minutes.
