Bought a product I couldn't figure out how to make money with as directed...at the end of the guarantee period I asked for a refund (through Digistore 24) and without hesitation they got back to me with a "refund is on the way" and thanked me for using the service.
Great customer support which MANY companies sadly lack.

I have not needed to do this before. I simply came across this, but I’m experiencing difficulty in accessing the programs that I have purchased. The programs that I have purchased include the AT8XM robot which was purchased on the 27th of last month at 4:07 PM., I had also purchased a P 55 account and then I did that on the same day as the first one. On March 31, I had opened an L 26 account. I have my ID number but I haven’t had access to any of these programs that I’ve purchased. I could use some help. Thank you.
