What can I say other than a fabulous service by kind and caring professionals. Cannot recommend them enough. When normal NHS testing just doesn't get to the bottom of the problems, the comprehensive testing results give GP's and health professionals valuable information to target treatment.

Great company for anyone struggling with a Cuti/Uti. Outstanding customer service that goes above and beyond to help you. I highly recommend this company and hope oneday they will be testing for the NHS.

The customer service is amazing. All questions answered quickly and professionally.
Unfortunately my test didn’t show any troublesome bacteria but my tests were checked to make sure nothing had been missed.

I was desperate to try a Digital Microbiology test as soon as I heard about them. The results came back very quickly and pinpointed some ongoing issues. I had some further questions which were thoroughly addressed immediately. I cannot recommend this service enough. Thank goodness we don't have to rely the poor NHS testing any more. This company is a game changer.

Amazing Company!
Prior to finding SBL labs i had been trying to get to the bottom of my CUTI using American testing with results not the most reliable and a pain with the postage and waiting time .
Im so glad I found this company Nick has been such an amazing help with testing and explaining in detail how it all works etc.
Very knowledgable in what they do and it comes across in their service and communication.
When you have been suffering with a CUTI for so long and been painfully batted about in all different directions by specialists etc to find a testing company so reliable, dedicated and compassionate is a just a god send.
My only problem is I wish I had found them sooner!
Everyone should know about these guys and hopefully the NHS will get on board soon as they are the top of the league in testing.

This is a great and well-needed service. Their turnaround time to post tests and to give results is excellent, it helps very much how quick it is to have a service like this in the UK when struggling with symptoms. Their customer service is brilliant in my experience, my questions have been thoughtfully and promptly answered by professionals.
The only negative is the price is quite high and unreachable for many, I think this is due to the technology being new and hopefully will reduce as this technology becomes more commonplace.
The testing includes antibiotic sensitivity testing and is likely the fastest most comprehensive test available in the UK. If you are suffering from UTI symptoms or vaginal symptoms, this is probably the best test to do.
I feel quite confident in this test to identify the majority of what is going on.

My bladder problems started 4 years ago out of the blue, I was told by a specialist in London I had a chronic UTI. I had a variety of UTI tests from other companies including one in the US (I'm in the UK) but the results were so inconsistent, I also wasn't happy with the length of time they were taking to not only test my samples but also to get back to me with results. Once this company opened up in the UK I thought I'd try them, I've done multiple tests with them now and through these and their consistency we managed to pinpoint what was actually causing my infection once and for all. The results always came back so quickly. Not only this the customer service is amazing, they genuinely care and are such a lovely team. I really can't recommend them enough.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Not only is it the fastest way to get accurate results for any bladder or vaginal symptoms, this is a company who really care about the people they are helping and strive to ensure their product is the best. I feel in really good hands using their testing and it has helped me massively on my health journey. Thanks to this lab I now have a diagnosis after being in pain for over a decade and I have hope I will get better as I can now treat my issue properly. Do not hesitate to use this company if you have bladder or vaginal symptoms, they are incredible.
